Can’t believe a pharmacist would make a baby wait 15 minutes so I could ask a one minute question. My baby was crying and the pharmacist couldn’t even look at me. She knew I was standing there and wouldn’t look or say anything to me until the cashier reminded her that I was standing there. I know pharmacy's are busy but not to at least acknowledge me is unacceptable.

I've had a relatively fine experience with them. But this location really needs more people helping with pickup. There's usually only one person with lines that are often long

Not enough staff. Time wasted waiting for help.

The staff there is amazing. They are caring, knowledgeable, and friendly. As a healthcare professional, I understand that there may be a little wait once in while, but I also understand that medications have to be processed/dispensed safely, patients may have questions, there may be insurance issues, and doctors are sending electronic prescriptions. Therefore, the staff is dealing with more than the people who are in the line. Personally, I appreciate the time and attention given by the pharmacist and the pharmacy technicians to ensure that I get my medication in a safe and affordable manner. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very slow staff. Spent 30 mins in line only to be directed to another window and watching all the people behind me (!) in line being taken care of first.

It can’t get any worst than this. 35 minutes standing in line. Do you think anyone came help the front with 10 people standing in line.

The pharmacist, Sylvester, was outrageously rude for no reason. The other staff were all very nice, helpful, and apologetic for Sylvester’s behavior! He refused to fill a prescription and gave no explanation why, he told me he didn’t have time while I was explaining the prescription I needed (3 hours before the pharmacy closed), and walked away from me while I was in the middle of speaking to him.

There is no reason one should wait 25 minutes in line to pickup a prescription. Severely understaffed.

There is no reason for sick people to wait 20 to 30 minutes for a prescription. Every time I go there is a long line. The elderly can't stand that long and sick people can spread their sickness to others standing close on line. You need more help or open another pharmacy nearby.

I had been a regular Walgreen customer but because of long lines we have been trying your store. My experience on 1/6/2024 was so bad I need to re-evaluate where to go next.\nThe urgent care requested 3 R/X electronically at approximately 9:30AM and advised me to wait one hour before picking them up. \nAt 10:15 - 10:30 waiting in line I was told they were still working on them and it would be abY out 15 minutes. Okay that was understandable and acceptable to me. \nI came back and waited in line 18 -20 minutes only to be told one was \"out of stock\" and to come back Monday. Unacceptable!! I asked for the scrip so I could go elsewhere. NO due to the electronic request Meanwhile I observed the most dis-organized display of workmanship goings on which could have been part of the overall problem. Poor management. I finally got thru that my wife needed that r/x and where could I go to get it myself. This clerk was very helpful as opposed to the first people and she sent the scrip to another location in Tradition. two and a half hours later and another 45 minute wait and I got the scrip my wife needed. A total of 6 hours since she needed it.\nDo you think this type of service is acceptable?
