David and Kathy are great to work with. Kathy has a good eye for color and as soon as she understands what you’re looking for she knows just what books to pull so that you have many choices. Without a doubt this company deserves 5 stars. Both Kathy and David are knowledgeable friendly and respectful and most of all honest.Twice we used them, once for outdoor furniture and once for a family heirloom slipper chair. Both times they delivered exactly when they quoted. No phone calls with delays only a friendly voice saying your order is ready. How nice to know people like that in this day and age. Highly recommendedJoy??

Such a pleasure doing business with the entire Dow team. Working with Kathy on the design of our drapes and valance was awesome. Her knowledge and decorating savvy was SO helpful! The installation crew was professional, friendly and timely. You'd be doing yourself a disservice if you don't stop in and give the friendly team at Dow a try. As a side note, we saved almost $2K from our prior quote from another decorator, and received much better, personalized service!

David and Kathy were wondering to work with! I wasn’t sure what type of material I wanted to use to recover cushions that we have in a kitchen booth area and Kathy was so helpful! David was so willing to do anything we asked! The end product turned out stunning! Well worth the money because of the quality of the work, as well as the quality of the material they assisted me in choosing. I will definitely use them again!

Dow decorating was recommended by someone who refurbished my dining room table. I have to say Kathy and David were absolutely amazing with redoing all the cushions and barstools.I have been looking for someone to do this work for at least 8 months. Fell in love with them immediately, their recommendations, knowledge, experience was spot on. Trusted them right away and knew I was in good hands.Please know I am not someone to write reviews so trust me when I say I highly recommend them.

David and Kathy are very knowledgeable about upholstery, which was perfect for a newbie like me. I had a round chair and David helped me chose a fabric that I loved but also worked with the shape of the chair. The work was done quickly and the pick up and delivery made it that much easier. I highly recommend them!

I had a large ottoman reupholstered by David which turned out absolutely beautiful and recently ordered curtains with Kathy's help. They are very pleasant and professional people to work with and have what seems to be an endless selection of fabrics. I had done considerable research before ordering the curtains and Dow had a good price and their wait time was about half what the other companies offered.The installation was done by Eric Typner and his helper, Joe, of Osprey Installations who worked with Dow. Both men were friendly and professional and did a great job!Overall, great result and a very pleasant, worry-free experience for me.
