Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. The girls were disrespectful, hiding behind the pharmacist counter laughing with her regarding my situation. Answering me with Snide remarks, never ever have I been treated like this. Next month I will be pulling all my husbands & my RX from this facility. And I will be reporting them to my insurance. If I could give a negative star rating I would.

I just drove from Jensen Beach to Eastport Pharmacy to pick up a prescription because I was texted twice on their automated system that the prescription was ready to be picked up. Not once.....twice. See photos below. I was told when I arrive that they did not have it. I told them I was reminded twice today that is was ready. The lady told me that I should have called to see if we had any. This is not the first time she had a attitude with me.So, let me get this straight. You have no control over your automated system, and it is up to me to call and ask, "Your automated system said the prescription is ready, but are you sure?" I am done with this place.

If it weren't for Hass and Maria, my life would be alot different and most likely hospitalized. Eastport is a "miracle" from price, to going out of their way, and putting up with my constant lateness, along side the malfunction causing it.THANKYOU, from myself, the critters, and the pouty buddy, who has been an shooting star, so I may focus on another degree. Hass is a pillar in the treasure coast as his staff are I don't know why anyone would go to CVS or any other pharmacy if you live within 60 miles hass actually cares about his patients it's a rarity in these days love you guys thank you like I said hass is A good man hard to find a pharmacist like that never will go anywhere else
