I placed an online order to be delivered to a business for Valentine’s Day. It was not going to be delivered in time before the business closed, so I tried calling the store and the corporate number to cancel it. No one answered.I cancelled the order online and figured it was all good.I get called by a coworker today, the 15th, saying that they made the delivery, after i cancelled.I am unable to reach anyone at the store to have them pick it up or issue a refund, as it is no longer needed.My card was charged and the order should have not have been delivered after I cancelled it. This is ridiculous!!!

Ordered well in advance of Valentine’s Day for delivery. Order never arrived. Tried calling several times and no way to speak to a human. My gift recipient had to go to the store to talk to someone at which point it was found in the fridge with no apparent attempt to deliver. Other Edible Arrangements have been fine but will never order from this one again.

This location ruined Feb 14 surprise for my love one. There is absolutely no customer service available when looking for the status of orders. Their telephone inquiry was down the entire day. I sent emails as well as called the location over 20 times. I paid extra for delivery to be made ON FEB 14. I received no communication back from emails or messages left. At 8pm when the location closed I went to the email sent that has a link to the status and canceled the UNDELIVERED gift. I deserve a complete refund!!! This afternoon the delivery was made the day after the holiday, when the recipient was not even available. I do not recommend anyone using this location for special events. Completely ruined VALENTINE'S DAY for my love one.

Bad service. Unresponsive company. Our order was placed for delivery on Valentine’s Day. It has not been delivered as of the day after Valentine’s Day and we cannot get any information on the current status of the order. We were informed that it was out for delivery yesterday (Valentine’s Day), but it was not delivered.

I placed an order on a Sunday late morning . Before doing so I checked the website and it said store hours were open til 1pm. I placed the order successfully on the site and paid the extra $9.99 for same day delivery. Throughout the day the tracker wasn't updating so I called the corporate customer service number. They assured me the order was received and would be delivered by 7pm... well that didn't happen. I called the store the next day and was told they are closed on Sundays when I asked why the website said they were open and why did the website accept my order for same day delivery if they are closed and all I got was a i don't know. I then asked if I'd at least get early delivery of the order and the response I got was it'll be delivered by 5pm. I had to call the corporate number again to ask for early delivery and at least a refund of my $9.99 expedited delivery fee (which I did get). I think this whole thing was handled poorly and it appeared to me the store didn't even care. I was supposed to receive a call from the store manager which I never did receive. Never again will I order anything from them. Just terrible service.

This place deserves zero stars. At 1:34PM, I called to make sure that I was still getting a delivery and I was told that it was on a refrigerated truck and on it's way to me. I called two more times over the next 3 hours and got the same response. It finally showed up at 5:36PM in a beat up old car. The fruit was warm and it looked like the fruit was a day or two old already. Needlesstosay, I will never use this location again. What a waste of $130!!! UPDATE: I didn't ask for a refund, but the store manager saw my post here and called and gave me a full refund. They have restored my faith in this location and I will use them again. Google won't let me delete this review, so I will change the number of stars from 1 to 4.

Unbelievably terrible company. Ordered an arrangement for my daughter’s birthday. Website shows that the order was received and was being processed. Never delivered the order and would not answer phone or respond to requests via their website.Do not do business with this location. Obviously they do not take their business seriously or give a damn about customer service

Stopped by on Tuesday to buy an arrangement for a friend’s birthday. There was 1 arrangement in the display cabinet with a sign for $29.99. I told the clerk I would take it. She then started to cash me out, then she told me it was not the $29.99 price it was $39.99. I told her that it is advertised for $29.99, so I’ll take it for that price. She Refused to honor the price they had it advertised for. I refuse to pay $10.00 more than what they advertise.If Edible Arrangements is going to advertise a price they need to be a company that models integrity and honor what they advertise.

I ordered a martini glass edible arrangement. This is what I received! I was not notified that they ran out of the product I paid for. I asked for it to be delivered before 4pm to a school. The driver literally delivered at 3:58pm. After repeated calls to the shop, they said I would receive a refund. I still haven't received one. I was surprised by this interaction because I am a repeating customer. I have never had so many issues with an order. Since this incident, I will no longer use edible arrangements! It was the worse experience I have encountered.

Definitely give zero stars.. I live in a different state and had ordered an arrangement for mothers day to be sent to my mother. The delivery women went to the house but because my father didn't get to the door in time she decided to deliver to the house across the street and then texted my mother was it OK to deliver there. My mother said no as she doesn't talk to her neighbor. The delivery women told my mother she was rude and she was to busy to go back to the right house. And told her to f off and drop dead. My mother had to block her since she continuously harassed her.This rude b***** should be fired.

Spent over 250$ on a order for Mother’s Day several days before hand and not only did they not deliver on Mother’s Day, when they eventually did the next day after I called them over 20 times before finally getting an answer, they delivered less than half of the order. I order edible arrangements every year for my mother and this is the last one.

Unbelievably disappointed. Ordered for my mother for Mother’s Day to be delivered on Mother’s Day. Order showed up and wasn’t cold and looked sad. Also the order was supposed to be delivered between 12pm and 8pm. Didn’t arrive until 10pm on a Sunday. I’ll never order from Edible Arrangements again.
