The manager, Blake, and the entire staff were extremely helpful. After a bad experience at a different company I was scrambling to find a truck. I came in and right away I was receiving tremendous service. Very kind and knowledgeable people working here. I would give this location 10 stars if I could!!

Have had storage here for quite a few years. Blake, Michaela and staff have been great. My only complaint is the climate control units. Many times that I have been there they are not set at 78° like they are supposed to and I had mold issues on my furniture etc in my unit. The A/C issue was finally resolved. Now as of this morning, 17 units we're broken into at 12:30 a.m. this property is gated, has cameras, and locks were cut on the units. The company put on new locks for us and addressed the gate issue. This is so upsetting. 🥺🥺😥😥 I can only hope that this person will be caught and face his karma.

Terrible experience from truck breaking down and how everything was handled. Tried explaining themselves for their mistakes later and just would not go there again. accusations made against me and that’s just how they operate.

Rented a trailer from U-Haul, the lady at the desk was delightful and extremely nice to work with. We were in and out and they helped us connect the trailer as well. 10/10

Got my U-Haul truck and rented a trailer for my motorcycle. Great customer service. I talked to Tina, Blake, Kelly very awesome customer service go there for U-Haul rentals or storage they will treat you right!

I cannot say enough of how much my family and I appreciate Blake and Gina. They have been so accommodating, friendly and professional. A true pleasure to do business with. They also reminded us there are still some very good people out there. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts for being so helpful and kind.

Good place attentive staff well kept but they should do more to keep the grounds around the facility clean of garbage. Theres lots in the whole area but thats what happens when businesses and the city do a poor job providing garbage cans.- partly the problem.

We rented a u-haul for furniture transport and it was painless. Pick up was super fast and easy and drop off was even easier. Blake and Gina were amazing. Genuinly good people. My husband and I will definitely use this place for future needs. :)
