Rented a standard vehicle and was given a Nissan Armada and was told that was my only option. My car was in the shop so I rented it for a week. I had to extend my rental another week. Two days in to that I get a flat tire and had to go into work three hours late because they do not have a replacement vehicle for me and I need to wait to get the tire repaired. Was told it'll be 20 min. An hour and a half later I ask about it and I'm informed that they needed to put new brake pads on the vehicle (which seems like if it hadn't got a flat they wouldn't have). Two hours later I get the boat back with no apologies. I then return the car two days earlier but to a different location and am told the fee for that is greater than what keeping it for the two days would be. I bought a new car and couldn't drive the rental back. I then got a customer service survey call a week later and told this all to the caller. She assured me that someone would call me back and "try to make it right" months later still haven't heard back from that call.

Poor customer service, made a reservation, arrived location at the scheduled pick-up time, received a text while pulling into the lot that there was no car available and was not allowed in because they had closed. Was asked to check back.. So disappointing

My experience was EXCELLENT! Chris the manager, at the Bayshore location was wonderfully helpful! I will definitely return for repeat business! Thank you Chris, you are the best!

Just left Enterprise and they’re a group of charlatans and quick to overcharge for things they know they should never have charged for. Quick to up sale you and stick it to you in the end. Very disappointed. Going back to Hertz.

Chris the manager greeted everyone as they came in. They were busy and from processing to me being in my car and on the way was about 15 minutes. Plenty of vehicles on site. Everyone was pleasant, no upselling at the counter.

I had to rent a vehicle because mine was totaled in an accident. My insurance company sent me to enterprise for my rental even though I didn’t want to use your company due to previous bad experiences. When I arrived the customer service was impeccable until they brought me to the car. I was not happy because the car was an embarrassment. They gave me a 3 year old vehicle with 60,000 plus mileage. The car also smelled like they tried to get rid of cigarette smoke but were unsuccessful.I work in a business where first appearance’s are everything. I was embarrassed to take my clients in that vehicle and wound up using my wife’s car. I had your vehicle for about one week and used it twice, when I drove it home and when I dropped it back off. I would appreciate a response back as soon as possible.Thank you for your timeRichard Posner

Horrible rental service. I called to confirm my reservation for this morning and I get dropped off and they say they do not have a car for me at this location. I can wait for an hour or so for a truck or van (at extra cost) but the compact car I needed, reserved and confirmed is not there. What kind of service does this to people!

Bayshore blvd in psl always has vehicles. May be a little wait, but it's worth it. Thank you all for being respectful to your customers and keeping the vehicles clean to your best of cleanliness ?

Last 2 times when I have rented the car it has not been cleaned properly. Will still use them because they have great people working there but just wish they would correct this issue.Recently rented a vehicle and as usual great customer service but the vehicle smelled like cigarette and looks like there was water and some mold underneath the mats.

Never again! The people are always nice, but we book a month in advance and the day we need the rental, a text comes through that no cars are available. Why make a reservation if you can’t hold up your end of the deal! This isn’t a new thing, the last 3 or 4 reservations, we’ve been stuck the day of with nothing and then tell us to go try the Stuart location and see if they have anything available. Our last reservation was made 2 weeks ago and just before we leave to pick it up, we call them to confirm a car is ready only to be told they have nothing! They told us they would call if someone came up. We raced around to find somewhere to go, and found Hertz rental! What a life saver!! A tad bit more expensive, but they had tons of vehicles available, and within an hour, we were set! We still never got a call from Enterprise that a car was ready!! Now this morning, WE GET THE SAME TEXT THAT NO CARS ARE AVAILABLE!!! We just called Hertz and they have plenty available! I know 1 person isn’t going to make a difference in their business, but I know I can’t be the only one this has happened to.

had a reservation yesterday, was told 8:30 for a vehicle today and they didn’t have the car ready. This place is highly unprofessional and not truthful what so ever. Was there yesterday and with the flooding they had no vehicles to rent out which is understandable, but when you’re told a time you’re expected for a vehicle to be ready it’s supposed to be ready.
