Dirtiest rental cars I have ever rented. I have had the same experience with Enterprise in other locations such as Long Island NY and Maine too. This rental car was never washed in it's 10,000 miles inside or out. Even the back up cameras were obscured by dirt. At least this time I got 2 Clorox wipes to use myself.

Extremely rude I had a reservation for 3 PM. They said they didn’t have a vehicle.They said they would call me. It’s close 4:45. I had to call them then they told me they did have a car but since they close at five, I would have to rush there, extremely unprofessional given that I had made a reservation ahead of time specifically to make sure that I was able to get to where I needed to get to, a call from a voicemail. Definitely reason why I always rent at hertz.
Not just are they always rude the fact that you make a reservation doesn’t count. So I why be able to make a reservation! Do like hertz no car available than you’re unable to make a reservation because there is nothing for them to give you. It’s the fact that when I do call at 4:45 she said now has 2 cars available but never called to me to tell me but very rudely said well I close at 5 well why didn’t you call me when you got the first car.
Definitely a never for me.

I have been without a rental car for 2 days as the rental car I had died and had to be towed. This location said they were working on getting me a car with their boss and so far no one has reached out. It’s hard being on vacation with no rental car with a family. Don’t use this company

Needed to get a vehicle while my truck is being worked on and Enterprise quickly supplied me with a brand new SUV. Very convenient location , right on US1.

I have rented from Enterprise Car Rental in the past and had great service. This time I rented a suv in a advanced. The day of picking up the suv, Enterprise sent me a text stating that they don’t have the vehicle for me!! Now I have to find a suv vehicle so we can go on our cruise vacation!!!!

Rental of the vehicle was extremely leasy. Car was ready as promised. Staff very friendly and professional. If you live is St Lucie area, I i highly recommend going to Enterprise on US1.

Best branch in the area. Samantha helped us out TWICE when other branches left us with no vehicle even though we booked well in advance, and even called to confirm availability a day prior both times.

Samantha Leppig was amazing! We had to keep our rental car for almost 100 days. She was always helpful and polite. I love this location as well.
