Unfortunately, I cannot give good review: the job was half done. The problem with my accordion shutters was that the screws on the rods would not turn. As a result of the work, I still cannot close one window, for other two windows the top rods still do not work. Now I have to look for another company to finish the job

Every step towards having my new shutter installed exceeded all expectations. The people who measured, the installers, the communications from the office, the follow up, all First Class. To top it all off, the quality of the new shutter is far superior to shutters I had installed just a few years ago.

Expert Shutters staff members were responsive and professional. They answered all of our questions quickly and kept us informed throughout the process. Our shutters were ready for installation sooner than expected, which was great. The installers were prompt, efficient and cleaned up their work areas thoroughly before leaving.

I’ve been using Expert Shutters since we moved to Florida and have found them to be excellent in terms of products and customer service. Phill and Billy are excellent. The office is great and always follows up. My only feedback for improvement would be to the installer who did the caulking - take your time and smooth the caulk out. It gives a much more professional look. :-)

Z and Trevor did a nice job. They were here at the time I was told to expect them, they were very courteous, the rolldowns look great, they demonstrated operation of the shutters and they cleaned up the worksite nicely before they left. (Jan 2024)

I had a great experience with Expert Shutters. They replaced an entire side of a balcony accordion shutters under warranty. They found the original defective, and put in a new one. Zarif and Trevor did a fabulous job installing our shutters. They arrived on time and took great care in bringing in the equipment. They were meticulous in installing the shutters paying great attention to detail. They cleaned up after the job was completed and showed us how to properly close the shutters when we leave. We highly recommend them and the company.

The Expert Shutters team is excellent! All the technicians and salespeople were very professional, they responded quickly when we had a problem and the new shutters we ordered came in well ahead of time.
