Had my first visit to Family Hair Care on Friday. Lauren permed my long hair and it turned out perfect! I’ve had a few bad perms in the past but she was so understanding and took such great care of me making me feel comfortable and reassured. The salon is so warm and welcoming. So happy!

I've seen Lauren a few times over the last 2 years. I always leave feeling pretty and fresh. She also does my daughter's hair. Love her personality and her work. Definitely recommend!

I went to another salon for a partial highlight and was not happy with my results, a coworker told me about Family Hair Care and booked me an appointment to get it fixed. Lauren was excellent and so attentive to my wants & needs. She made me love my hair again! She took a description of what I wanted and made it come to life! I’m very happy with my results and they didn’t cost an arm and a leg. definitely recommend to anyone looking for a salon that actually listens and cares.

Poor customer service Owner more worried about fixing her tv than waiting on customers also don’t bother to make an appointment online they don’t honor them and prices online say one thing and they charge more when you go in.

False advertising prices, the website says 25 for a wash and cut, they charged me 30 today. My husband got a scissor cut and they charged 20 when the website says 18.

This salon is one of the best that I have ever been in. They are all so friendly and very attentive to all your needs. They corrected my color and gave me the exact shade I have been trying to get. I highly recommend going there. Lauren did my hair but from what I observed every stylist in the shop is amazing.

I started going to this salon in 2020 & have been going ever since. My hair stylist is Lauren & she is the best! The owner manages a great salon & the entire staff is awesome. They use the best products & the prices for the numerous services are right in line. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great cut or a new look. I'm always very happy with my hair each visit.
