The store itself is nice and clean. Prices are fair. Now, the service varies. Barak is a very sweet kid and helpful.
The Hispanic man is arrogant. He will not smile, speak nor help. He’s busy making signs for the store. He just points where things are. He needs training in basic manners. I rather drive farther to Staples in SLW or UPS in Tradition.

I have 2 pkgs to return, I have 3 emails with 2 return labels ea and they are all different (Keep in mind, I am old, need glasses and have a brand new phone.).
The young man that patiently waited on me deserves a
Pat on the back for a job well done ! Respectful, knowledgeable
and has a very pleasant manner about him...

I printed some papers and put them on the table. I didn't realize the table was wet and it damaged my documents. I asked one of the employees for asisstance to maybe get a maybe a credit or a partial refund. The two employees were helping the only other customer who was at the store. I waited and waited and waited. I had to print everything again. Just when I was about to leave, the guy came over to ask me if I *still* needed help when it was obvious that I had already printed again and was leaving. It felt like he waited until I was leaving to ask. These guys need training in customer care.

Highly annoyed. Came in to do print and go. Meaning to mind my own business. The 2 employees there didn't speak. So we spoke 1st. Their machine was not responding. 4 customers came in after us and was serviced while we waited for the one employee to look into our issue. Only to tell us 10 minutes later he has to wait for the other employee to get off the phone to help us. As she was on the phone for 20 minutes or more while we were there talking to someone from another store. Barak finally said he could do it over the counter and print our items. He said he would wave our service fee. (You think) i am soooooo annoyed. I never make reviews 😕 but this was sad. Barak finally helped us and we finished. Something that was suppose to take 5 minutes ended up being solid 40 minutes. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 moral of the story be more consideration of people's time and communication is key. He was never apologetic at all.

on december 12th, i went here to claim a package and some guy asked me for an identification or drivers license valid from florida, he was very chill and i gave him passport from colombia and it wasn’t a problem so he was chill and i claimed the package, and today i went to go ship a package and it was a white lady with short hair, i gave her my passport of colombia and the lady said it wasn’t valid because i needed a valid u.s drivers license or identification card, im assuming the lady was racist according to the looks she gave me, i went to another fed ex to ship the package and the person accepted the passport and now i have shipped my package, so don’t go to his fed ex bad service, that lady is absolutely horrible, and very racist

Horrible service. Tried sending a package and because I didn't have my florida ID with me they wouldn't accept the package to send. I have never had to show any type of ID to send a package.
