Awful lazy customer service reps. Rude and unprofessional. Didn’t want to work sent me all to another fed ex supposedly only one who can do it. Sent me to Jensen to get a box that fit my stuff and Jensen did everything for me including shipping. I don’t recommend this store

This location is HORRIBLE and need to be closed down!!!!!Almost immediately the associate name Kendra rolled her eyes when my husband and I came in with a large item to be shipped, then she preceded to say the items had to be wrapped together without offering any solutions. Finally a new associate by the name Jayden walked over and immediately inquired to help with the situation and actually made it happen, you need more associates like him if the doors are gonna stay open at this location. This location has a reputation for always telling customers what they can’t do (Kendra) and need to find better ways to say here is how I can help you (Jayden), please recognize him for going above and beyond and hopefully Kendra can learn what customer service should look like cause she definitely was not happy when he offered to save the day.

Staff made it very clear through attitude and unwillingness that they were not willing to provide me with the pack and ship service that they claim to provide. The staff was reluctant to even providing me the cost of shipping my item, and providing me the cost to have a box made to fit the dimensions of my item. I had to inform her that I knew a box could be made to fit my item, but she didn’t volunteer that information. Definitely, will not go back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Paula in not good at customer service, this person is out right unhelpful and unpleasant to speak to. I just wanted to find out if my package was delivered, zero help or instructions. Apparently if you schedule a package to be delivered here it’s just gone. I’m done with FedEx screw yall.

The most rude man in the city works in this place, what a horrible attitude, because they can't get another employee, this person suffers from some trauma, I recommend not visiting this place, in the morning hours. Monday, what an unpleasant experience..

Never come here again . Was charged to tape a box and bad customer service. I could have went to real FedEx and got everything free without the attitude!

Do not use this service. I paid $42 for 2 day delivery 10:30am. They failed and delivered in 3 days. I was told by the store manager he can not give me my money back and to call customer service. When I called, she said go online and file a claim. I failed a claim and they denied it stating I should call Revenue services. I spoke with an agent who confirmed they were late to deliver my package and said they cannot refund me any money. Don't let them fool you when they give you options on delivery times and dates. Also, the manager confirmed their tracking system is not accurate.

I’ve used this location twice and both time’s extremely poor service. Today i was assisted by Noel, who had the worst attitude from start to end. Never again will i use this location!

Noel was huffing and puffing pushing computer keys, like it was exerting him.Isn’t it his job? Not to mention he’s getting paid to assist his customers.Ended up going elsewhere to get my printing completed.

I rarely ever complain about employees but their employee Noel was super rude and wouldn't help me print. I understand people have bad days but super rude and horrible attitude. Something so simple of printing out documents and couldn't do his job. I rather pay $100 more somewhere else than there

After going to 2 other FedEx locations I ended up here! Quick service, friendly service and had my package off without any issues! The customer service agent Avery was as professional and Courteous as they come. I most certainly will be using this FedEx office for all my shipping and printing needs!

I arrived at 5:35 pm on a Wednesday and was surprised that I was the only customer. Within 2 minutes, there were 3 other people behind me.The FedEx representative was cordial and business-like.I was shipping a large curved screen monitor, keyboard and 14" laptop. I was using their pack and ship service....my first time.The equipment was weighed and the large screen monitor was measured. The weight was 10 lbs and I selected the 3 day delivery option.The cost was $150 and I was very happy that my employer was paying.If I was footing the shipping cost, I would have gone to Staples for a box, bubblewrap and packing tape....cost $14. Priority mail rate would be about $60. A savings of 50%.....just saying the obvious.

Got what I needed done. But the kid behind the counter had an attitude and was cursing under his breath and annoyed at every customer. No customers were being a problem or out of hand. It seemed to just be this guys personality. Very unprofessional. You could tell he didn't want to be there. And they weren't open very long yet that day. So he wasn't tired from working all day.

Worst Experience ever! Will Never Go Back. Staff including the female manager have no customer service at all. I dont want to give a star but have to in order to post this.Joel was so monotone, Female Manager showed no empathy or apologize for this new fee of $15.00 that they charge if you want something printed the same day, unless you order online.When I mentioned the former Store Manager Mike, I was told very matter of factly that he hadn't worked there for years. Clearly his replacement didn't pick up on his great customer service skills..Keep in mind there was one customer there using FedEx services with Avery, no others in the store at all.What is the difference of sending an email of a PDF versus ordering online? Same process has to be completed. NO?Every time over the past 10 years I ordered via email I would get a call. Nothing this time.When I went to pick it up I was asked questions about what I wanted even though I gave instructions in my email. This place would serve customers better with Robots, clearly this Manager has trained her Associates to act just like her towards customers. P. S. I will not be back to get those printed items, so you may as well shred that $80 plus dollars.It will be interesting to see how long you keep your jobs. Teach these young people better service, you are doing them more harm then good!
