This FedEx location has truly been great. They have always been helpful and really seem to care about helping customers. Antonio was very helpful and kind. He helped me out when he could have easily just told me to come back a different day. Very professional and humble employee.

Great staff .they are eager to help. Very nice. All ways greet you with a smile. Was able to pull up my business account info and use the discount actually at the center. They also taped the box for me. Great service also fast . The speed of shipping and the price are on par with other shippers, but with them, you get an actual delivery date and time frame. When it has to be there, FedEx is the only way to go.

Nobody nocking at the door nor ringing the doorbell, just placing door tags at the door supposedly trying to deliver a package. About a week later after “first delivery attempt”, Today 05/15/25 FedEx Driver just parked in front of the house and left. Report has been placed with Corporate Office.

Useless customer service don’t give a crap about what you might need. Failed to deliver package told me on the customer service line in the package was sitting at the FedEx office it wasn’t there they say it’s still on the truck they act like they have nothing to do with shipping idiots

My delivery window was between 10 am and 2:30 pm… signature required. Waited all day and at 2:30 suddenly the window moved to 5 pm… waited and waited, but had to leave for a 5 pm appointment… 4:55 the driver finally showed up but the package had to be signed for… now my window is next day by 8 pm. Of course there is no way to actually talk to someone because the phone number is “not human”… all I want is the package held for pick up at fed ex… website will not cooperate with that…
