Mrs. Maria was not able to help close a box that Fedex left in my house open and destroyed. Terrible service. I do not recommend this place

My tire arrived in Port St. Lucie Fedex at 400am and apparently the shipping label was damaged. The shipping label was replaced in the morning of the same day. I even called fed ex in the morning because a notice was issued to my delivery instructions. Operator told me that I would receive the tire today it was delayed due to damaged shipping label it was replaced and it was on the way.We all know how the story goes… I get an automated message my package will now arrive 2 days later due to closed Sunday and holiday Monday.Thanks Fedex- I’m driving on a bald tire because you damaged the shipping label and no driver apparently wanted to drive from Port St. Lucie to Hobe Sound. Really terrible service I’m never using Fedex if I have a choice.

So I don't understand is that shipping comes early but the scheduled delivery date the receiver allocated that time for original delivery date and for signature you try to call them to make a change and all you get is a chatbot can't get a human ,????????

Do not use this service. I paid $42 for 2 day delivery 10:30am. They failed and delivered in 3 days ( which would cost only $20). I was told by the store manager he can not refund my money back and to call customer service. When I called, she said go online and file a claim. I failed a claim and they denied it and said I should call Revenue services. I spoke with an agent who confirmed they were late to deliver my package, explained why it was late etc. and said they cannot refund my money back. Don't let them fool you when they give you all these options on promised delivery times and days as it doesn't really matter. Also, the manager confirmed their tracking system is not accurate and has glitches.

Terrible customer service when you can not talk to anyone to find information on your package.- Amazing that a company the size of FedEx only employs ROBOTS to answer their phone.- Customer service is dead and only getting worse !!!
