I was so lucky to have found them when my pharmacy shut down. I take several prescriptions a month and Floresta Pharmacy took everything over seamlessly. Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. What a breath of fresh air having a 'neighborhood'pharmacy vs a big retail pharmacy. Thanks to the whole team!

Told me they would have to special order my medication, (a very common medication). They told me it would be in on Tuesday. No call, no info. Called Wednesday to see if I can pick up today. Medication is not there. This is a medication that is needed in order to not go through withdrawals.Employee, then states that the company they order from are always unreliable and now wouldn't be in until Friday. If they are always unreliable, why are you still using them as a supplier of common medications? Now I am completely out of medication. Thank you.I was going to switch to this pharmacy but will not be now. I Do not recommend using this pharmacy.

I am so happy that Floresta Pharmacy was recommended to me! The staff there is extremely nice, they always notify me as soon as my prescription is ready, the store is clean, and they go out of their way to get what you need. There are no 30 minute waits to pick up your prescriptions (like in some other local places). You're in and out. The construction work outside in the street is somewhat of an inconvenience, but not nearly as much as going to other pharmacies. And that will end!!

I transferred here after constant hassles at cvs, and I couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly and helpful, the service is fast, the location is convenient and the store is clean. I would recommend it to anyone.

No need to buy your Rx at the well known pharmacies unless you must pick up on Sunday or after 6pm when they're closed. Great staff here and pharmacist is kind and knowledgeable.

I am new to Florida and have been trying to find a pharmacy since I arrived. I have been more than disappointed in the service at CVS! A nurse recommended Floresta Pharmacy, they are wonderful! The customer service is great, my persricptions have been filled within hours not days! It isn't crowded they are knowledgeable! I love it! They are so worth checking out! I firmly believe that every member of the floresta pharmacy company are the most kind and compassionate and understanding people. Totally salt of the earth. I've never had a problem getting a prescription filled and they've always been on time or ahead of schedule. Thank you floresta pharmacy!

Floresta Pharmacy has been a God - send! The people who work there treat you as a person; not a number. They are kind, understanding, and family oriented. They remind me of the small town Pharmacy I used to have in NY. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Called to get a medication filled and was told they are not accepting new patients???!!! WHAT! I'm not your patient. You're not a Drs office. I didn't know that Pharmacies could reach capacity just like Disney and turn people away. Seems to me they don't care about the people of this town... Or are they just picking & choosing the meds they want to fill to bring them the most profit? I give this place a Thumbs Down?

So glad I found this pharmacy! I’ve been dealing with shortage issues at another chain pharmacy for a medication I take. I was relieved to find out Floresta Pharmacy had it in stock and I was blown away at how kind, helpful and efficient they were every step of the way. They were not irritated or inconvenienced by my questions or requests. It’s the kind of service you hope for but rarely see in a business! I highly recommend.

OMG, The staff at Floresta Pharmacy are top notch, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always so helpful. Several months ago, I switched to Floresta Pharmacy from Winn-Dixie, which I had used for several years. However, once the manager retired, and they went through several other pharmacists and managers in a short time; The service started to suffer. For several weeks, you would just get a phone ringing...all day long, hour upon hour, day upon day, you couldn't get through. Even to ask a question. However, during that time of transition, there was a ray of sunshine still left behind. Holly, the best darn pharmacy tech I've ever dealt with. She knows me by my ?, by my voice when I call. She knows my date of birth without having to ask. She knows all of the medications I take, whether I use brand or generic. She always calls before filling an expensive script, as I am on a limited income. She is just so amazing. She couldn't stay at a pharmacy that was quickly losing their reputation, she cares too much about her patients. As soon as I found out she went to Floresta Pharmacy, I called Sam right away to see if he would accept my prescriptions, (I take about 32 different ones), and he said of course, come join my family. Holly has fit right in and has made Floresta Pharmacy shine us bright as her smile. I just love her so much. She and the rest of the staff are top notch. Best pharmacy EVER!!

Terrible pharmacy! The pharmacist is not a patient advocate. He give false information about your insurance, to collect more on cash pay vs the sign contracted rate your suppose to get. He charged us $389(for over a year) a month for medication, telling us we couldn’t use our insurance because the doctor didn’t take out insurance. False! Called Publix, had the remaining RX transferred(Not without Publix telling him he’s breaking the law by refusing the trans). Now paying $10 @Publix. I’m always for the mom and pop’s business and support my local business. Very bad medicine going on there.

Sam took care of me right away, in and out in less than ten minutes, and their GoodRx prices are even better than Publix. Would highly recommend!

The employees are very rude and unprofessional, it seems like they are bothered when they have to actually work. The customer service is lacking and the knowledge of the employees is extremely limited. They loose so much business because of this it is amazing how they are even continue to stay open. Horrible experience
