I’ve never been to a gym where they are as attentive and caring as the staff and owners at Flx33. I go in with the ugh not a work out attitude and leave light and blessed. I can feel my strength improving as well as my stamina.

I LOVE this cycling class! I honestly could not be happier. It's fun, engaging, and without a doubt the most caring gym I've even belonged to. It's you against yourself, surrounded by positivity, great music, and people of all ages looking to feel better. I'd recommend these classes to literally everyone.

It was a great and anointed workout. No better combination of burning calories and worshipping. I kept hydrated with my daily herbalife 24 mixture that I add to my water.

Friendly staff, great instructors , I was new to this never did a spin class. They made me feel very comfortable. Went over everything with me .I go at my own pace. I am now one happy Spin girl

The team is so welcoming and encouraging. I love that I can get a great workout and worship and praise in community with other believers it’s an atmosphere I want to be in continually! Definitely more than a gym ❤️

This gym is unlike any other! Not only when I go do I get a great workout in, I also leave feeling encouraged by the staff there. The positive atmosphere is I think one of my favorite things about this gym! The whole staff is welcoming, kind, encouraging, and enthusiastic about fitness and what’s happening in my life. Imagine that- a gym staff that cares about more than just your physical fitness. Look no further than FLX33 for a gym that will change your life!
