Whatever gentleman took my call just made day. Customer service is still alive!! This man was over the top helpful and courteous. He needs to teach classes on this stuff in this day in age.

I had such an excellent experience with Braeden at this gamestop. I had g a lot of games to trade in and he was very patient helping us and was still able to attend to other people in the story. Braeden alone made the experience amazing. I would recommend this gamestop to anyone.
