My experience here was terrible at gamestop. James told me in the beginning that he can price match my pokemon elite trainerbox Paldea Evolved .It was 36 bucks online at gamestop but in person it was $60 still he said I can pricematch then he said I had to be a pro then he dropped to $55 he said I can save you $4 bucks but I told him no you said you can pricematch. He gave me the worse experience ever. WHY DID I HAVE TO NEGOTIATE. HE WORKS THIER I DONTsaid you pricematch

The whole pre-order thing isn't great.Dont accept preorders on day before game releases, even if they have copies of games in stock, and only do preorders for midnight releases - no walk ins. Also don't answer their phone, aaaand when you finally manage to get ahold of someone they're pretty rude.
