I'm giving them a 5 star they were very helpful and had the truck we were looking for. very happy customer with my Dodge ram. The sales man Tony answered all our questions on the truck they also were really fast with the paperwork . awesome truck for 2015 Dodge ram hemi . nice inside and out . I will be back for another car soon for my son. I refer a family member and they helped her out getting into a car fast. Thank you for all your help Tony and Ernie . We love our truck. And you guys are awesome.

Let me leave this review as a business owner that has owned his own business for 25 years yeah they're working to send the parts that the car needs only at my expense said the car was looked at by their mechanic never told me about the broken molding never told me about the damage to the back or the front never told me about the bad tires in the front never told me about the bad two outer tie rods never told me about the bad CV joint in or outer I am not sure yet because my warranty hasn't kicked in yet I usually don't like leaving reviews like this but I own my own business for 25 years I drove 2 there 2 hours back to come pick up that car was it what they said it was absolutely not drove the car back brought it to Firestone have two front tires changed fond out that it had two bad outer tie rods and a bad CV joint brought it the next day next too the Dodge dealer and I couldn't have nothing done and I am I thankful for getting the parts that I need not really talk to the owner and he acts like he's an Italian wannabe
messing with me because I am an Italian and I don't mess around when people screw me over cuz I feel like that right now thats what you did what are you going to do to make it right is what I want to know you're going off of your little paper that says no warranty when when you say that the car has no mechanical sound no problems and it does you should be accountable for those problems not paying money afterwards to have it repaired you got a 2004 Malibu limited loaded with a sunroof that had two problems a little hole in the dog leg and a problem with with a switch in the front seat and you told me you took my car site on seen I had already took yours site on scene drove 4 hours total got to pay $400 the first day to get the tires changed in the front $100 when my warranty comes into effect and make me pay for the parts that they should have paid for it oh I forgot the four missing lug nuts on each tire that I had to buy the first day when I brought it home my wife died I couldn't look at her car anymore so I traded in a car that mechanically was in better shaped in a 2010 Challenger because of their lies and not doing what they should have done get a new mechanic dude because he's worthless oh ps apply for a lost title for my car oh I'm sorry that's going to cost you money 75 bucks and you got to wait for it too bad isn't it calls me and wonders why I stop payment as a down payment well let me tell you why because someone who pays 10000 for a car doesn't have the issues I had dude read the review loser as a business owner I going to hurt you in your pocket my friend

They’re great at selling lies and a dream. Had to replace spark plugs, alternator, and battery within 2 months of buying the vehicle. They’ll send you to their mechanic who is also utterly useless.

So, I came to this dealer because they had a used 2012 Honda Odyssey EX-L for sale. It was low miles for the year and it had an extensive Carfax record. Because it was a Jersey car, they is a lot of surface rust underneath the vehicle. But, compared to other dealers, it was well priced and seemed clean. The Car Salesman was down to earth and not pushy. The owner was also a nice guy, and down to earth as well.
Unfortunately, when I decided to detail the vehicle the very next day from when I bought it, I found a HORRENDOUS amount of dog hair under the seats and a dead mouse in the floor vent of the 3rd row of seats. Does this mean, they are bad people? Absolutely not. Does this mean that they do not clean the vehicles they sell? You are absolutely correct.
If you choose to get a vehicle from this place, make sure to look at every nook and cranny for dirt. It was absolutely disgusting and the only thing that passes through my mind is if, I had not found it, my 3 kids and I would be breathing in a decomposing mouse. Not cool and not happy.

I don't recommend this place. I bought a Toyota tacoma and after 3 months the engine was damaged. They are auction carts. Be careful.
My phone didn't answer me. They didn't solve anything.

Good Rides is by far the best dealer you can go to when you are in need of a car. These people are so great and they will work with you on finding the car that fits you. Tony and Ernie and everyone else are amazing people and I don’t understand why people leave negative reviews about them. I purchased a car from them and I haven’t had a problem. Great overall experience and if I can give more than 5 stars, I would. Very good people!
