Since everything in the store was donated by us living in the neighborhood can you tell me why all of the dresses hung on the side wall are marked $7.99 at ALL times?
I can find brand new dresses for $5 or less on clearance racks at Ross, Burlington and Marshals.
Consider lowering your prices before you loose all of your donating and buying customers!!

My main problem today was with customer service. I was shopping for an end table and found one I really liked. I spoke with an employee about a price check (no visible price tag was on the table), and she said they couldn’t sell it to me because they had to wait until tomorrow. She couldn’t even make up a price at the register and give me the item. There were other similarly sized end tables selling for $7.99 - $9.99 and Goodwill couldn’t be bothered to make a deal. I had to leave the table behind and walk out with nothing. I was not happy with today’s service. Other retailers do this for tag-less merchandise (i.e. Walmart, Target, etc.). Adding to that, Goodwill has a practical system for categorizing and pricing their items and could have done something about it. Why put items on the sales floor and then deny your customers a sale all because it wasn’t priced yet? Why not keep it in the back until it is priced? Can someone explain how this is fair?

Plenty of treasure troves to be found there. I have gotten lucky and found items like a Swiss Army watch that I paid $10.00 only to sell it online for $75.00. Try Goodwill hunting for once. Good luck.

These three young adults named Ashley, Jeey, and Victoria were very helpful throughout my experience at goodwill. They made me feel welcomed once i stepped in the store. The store was very clean and organized, very easy to find what i was looking for. Overall great customer service and a great experience, definitely will be coming back!

I unfortunately have to agree with the other customers. The 3 new young girls all white are very rude, disrespectful and loud. They can’t work in the place where customer service is prevalent. Ever since they started to work there I don’t ever want to go to that store as they either joke around inappropriately in front of customers or swear to each other and especially if there are boys involved. They are not suitable for this job. Also I must say . I am very upset as the way things are being priced. The girl with dark curly hair told me that no price list exist and that people in the back just price as they like and prices are ridiculous truly. This is supposed to be a family store with prices suitable for ordinary low income people who can’t afford other high priced stores but now the Goodwill became Moneymill . Everything is very expensive even more than in the regular store. What kind of stuff is it??? All the stuff is being donated to you for free and u sit there and robbing people of hard earned money for used and some broken stuff that should be in garbage. Shoes that dirty and disgusting are $30…???? What is that? If I am going to pay $30 for shoes I will go to the new store and get it. Its absolutely absurd. Electronics that are broken way overpriced and no returns allowed. Shame on you Goodwill…

We shopped had a few things to try on waited for 10 min for someone to open the dressing room door .there was about 5 young adults at the register just laughing and clowning around, they knew we were there waiting ,then I decided to go ask if they would open the door and they said we'll be there in a minute. And they still made us wait. So I took my cart to them and walked out and walked out .🤨☹️

I cannot count the amount of times I have dropped off donations of very nice things there. You never get a thank you from anyone. Your stuff is taken and thrown into the pile without a word spoken. Never ever again will I donate to any Goodwill. I'd rather go out of my way to find a place that's appreciative.

It's terrible when a store scams people

Since when is furniture with a hairline scratch refused. For a company that receives items for a full profit you're getting awfully picky. This could've been items that someone could've easily painted or stained, but now will end up at the dump. Do better Goodwill.

So my Goodwill shopping days are officially over! It was nice thinking whatever you purchased, some of that went to help a disadvantaged or disabled person. Not now! I've shopped for like decades, and went in the other day on a mission for some children's books. Previously these were .79 each, sometimes $1.49 if a larger hardcover. Now they are individually priced, and crazy prices! USED books, sometimes very used! And they are all $2.99, $3.99...insane! I asked a young man what happened saying I've been buying these for years for under $1! He said yeah, we were bought out by a company and they are re-pricing everything and mostly over-pricing and they did away with senior Wednesday where there was a 25% discount and also the "membership" good friend thing or something, that was a fee to join for a 25% discount. Those folks are gonna be hot! But yeah, no more helping disabled folks, so for these prices, I'll go to a new retailer instead! Too bad. Beware everyone! Don't just hand over your money to a company for profit thinking you are helping people, you no longer are!

Don't go work there if you care about people. They sell electronics that are not tested but you can't get your money back. ( You actually can so protest) Raised prices and horrible new owner policies have made sales go down hill. They owe me pto hours that they won't give me but all good. They would rather have bad employees than good ones.
Enjoyed my job but guess I'm over qualified cauz I care

Very disappointed ? I saw one green sticker at the Gatlin store today for so called friends sale
Whoever's doing the pricing is on drugs compared to other stores in our area .This is the second sale at that location that they appeared not to participate. The stores in Stuart are by far the best in our area. Organization , presentation , staff support etc. Liked sale days like they used to be.

These people are literally insane with their pricing and stuff. You can get some of this stuff brand new for what they’re asking. They should be ashamed.
