This is a decent size and you can occasionally find some cool stuff but don't even bother trying to shop for clothing. Everything goes by color and not size so you'll spend hours just looking at things that won't end up being your size. It's the most chaotic organizing system I've ever seen. There's not even size labels on the hangers so you know if you're wasting your time.

Apparently they will sell the item you purchased after 2 days. I was told by a cashier that I had two days to pick up an item that was purchased and if I could not pick up to call and extend my time. Well, that was not happening. The manager on duty got an attitude with me and said it was their policy to put the item back on the floor after the 2 day window for pickup. However I was not told that when purchasing nor was it on any paperwork that I was given.I was able to get my item, but it was raining.*BUYER BEWARE*

Excellent place to donate your unneeded/unwanted and excess stuff. Also, while you’re here, if you have time, you could check out what they have

I recently visited the Goodwill store in Saint Lucie West, intending to have a pleasant shopping experience and support a charitable organization. However, my encounter with an employee named Shawanda left me utterly shocked and appalled. I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience, hoping that necessary actions will be taken to address this issue.Arriving at 5:49pm, just before the store's posted closing time of 6:00pm, my sister and I entered the premises. To our dismay, we were greeted with an unwelcoming and rude shout from Shawanda, who sternly informed us that we needed to have our items and be in line by 6:00pm or we would not be served. This aggressive tone was entirely uncalled for, considering that we had been visiting several other goodwill stores throughout the day, where we were met with courteous and friendly staff. We firmly believe that customers should be greeted warmly, regardless of the time they enter the store, especially when the posted hours clearly state that the establishment remains open until 6:00pm. It was disheartening to encounter such an unwelcoming environment after having positive experiences elsewhere.Rather than addressing our concerns with professionalism, Shawanda continued to harass my sister when she expressed her disapproval of the employee's behavior. She even had the audacity to mention that she didn't have to let us in the store in the first place. Such derogatory comments and lack of respect towards customers are simply unacceptable. It is disappointing to witness an employee representing Goodwill displaying such blatant disregard for customer service and professionalism. In any other establishment, this behavior would be considered grounds for immediate termination. Shawanda's statement, "I will take the write up because I know I am right," only added to the disrespect we endured during our brief visit. As someone who believes in supporting charitable organizations, I cannot stress enough the importance of treating customers with respect and courtesy. It is crucial for Goodwill to address this issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure that incidents like these do not occur in the future. Employees should be held to a high standard of professionalism, as they are the face of the organization and directly influence customers' perception and willingness to support it.Based on my experience, I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering this particular Goodwill store in Saint Lucie West. Until appropriate action is taken regarding the behavior of Shawanda and the overall improvement of customer service, I regretfully recommend avoiding this location. It is my sincere hope that Goodwill management takes this feedback seriously and implements the necessary measures to rectify the situation. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of the circumstances.

Rudest staff I've ever had to deal with. Snapping at customers who ask questions. I asked what the color was for the day and was very sharply told they didn't do colors anymore. You can keep you overpriced donated stuff. I will spend my money where it's appreciated and where I'm not price gouged on donated goods! Zero stars!

Bargain shopping again. This place to is located in the Town Center in St. Lucie. You can never know what you’ll find in these stores. They get donations every day. One person’s trash could be another person’s treasure. We actually found a lot of plush animals for our younger kids and a knee board ( something like a skateboard, but you’re on your knees). And the prices were rock bottom. There’s lots of free parking and lots of shopping nearby.

The prices they have furniture marked to is just a joke. Everything is donated!!all the big pieces of furniture good and bad condition was $89.99 or $49.99 no in between. I mean…common, this is for people who can’t afford expensive items. I think management needs to re-evaluate the price gouging.

I purchased an item on Friday December 23rd I was supposed to pick it up on Monday December 26th because over the weekend was Christmas Eve and Christmas. I went back late to pick up the item on Wednesday the item had been sold they did not give me a refund nor did they give me a store credit. I thought that was very unfortunate or pathetic to be honest considering it's a donated item they got paid by me and then a second time by another purchase order and for a company like this to not even bother to call me when they had my phone number I found to be very inconsiderate and unethical for them to get paid twice on a donated item

I started coming to goodwill to find weight plates for my boys but I would always end up buying a bunch of books for myself. So disappointed to find out that they are no longer selling books. I hope they bring them back.

Great place to shop, every time I've shopped there I found what I was looking for at reasonable prices, especially the % off sale.
