Young girl with long black hair at the front counter didn’t even put my stuff in a bag (i had four things and two of which were ceramic !!). I asked her to wrap the frágiles and even then she didn’t even put my stuff in a bag. I had to reach over the counter to put my own stuff in a bag IN FRONT OF HER.

The store itself is fine. Relatively clean & organized, but the staff are unhelpful and rude. We walked around the counter looking for an open register to purchase our three items. 2 staff were chatting with each other and ignored us and the 3rd (Vanessa M) eventually told us she’d check us out at another register. As we got there, another gentleman stepped up behind us and the employee (as she was scanning our three items) decided to lecture us about the other guy being there first. We told he wasn’t and that she had literally told us to go to that register with her to checkout, but that she was welcome to help him first - to which she responded “well, I’m already scanning your items” - and by that time she was already done and we were scanning our card to pay. Super weird experience.

Today was my first visit to this Goodwill, I am new to the area and I had a bunch of things to drop off that were left behind in my new place. I drove around to the back door., Waited a few and no one came out but saw the cart and went to grab it because I didn’t mind starting to load it up myself! Well, Ryan came out and snapped at me to leave it, that he’s got it. ok that’s fine but wow just his tone and body language just told me that this was not going to be a good experience. He followed me over to my car, I opened the door and started grabbing things to hand to him and this is where his deplorable behavior and disrespect escalated . He starts rolling his eyes and huffing and puffing. I asked him if there was a problem and he said no, so I continued handing him items but this behavior just continued, I asked him to leave and that I would finish loading the cart. He said no. I said I don’t know what your problem is and I’m not sure why you are acting this way. He must have been annoyed and impatient with me because I was handing him items out of my basket I did not want to donate . He went on making sarcastic comments like “I hope you have a good day, etc. I went in and spoke to Matthew who was very nice and apologetic at this behavior. Apparently this was not surprising news and that this behavior is not the first time. I mentioned this experience to my husband and he knew exactly who I was talking about because he experienced similar behavior from Ryan. I have never experienced this kind of behavior to this level before and it was shocking. Ryan needs some serious intervention and help for him to act this spiteful towards strangers .
I did shop and I have to say that the children’s selection was great! I found a lot of great finds for my son. I hope Goodwill will take action on this individual and spare anyone else from an encounter like this with him again.

Clerk was very short with me. I asked about membership, she told me I could sign up and get 20% off, but they don't do it anymore. Why ask me to only deny me?

I'm from CT and an avid thrifter. This place is dumpy and barely has any quality items. Store half empty. Was super disappointed.

Go to Wal mart. They want almost 100$ a year for *good friend Membership. Who are they Netflix?!?!. Lets watch. The prices are terrible. The products are gross. And the clerks are even worse. Help yourself and check the clearance at wal mart for New Brand new items. I don't want an empty tennis ball case for 4.99. The online retail is an absolute ripoff. The owner of goodwill is a person who doesn't help anyone but himself. Avoid Goodwill. Try sal val

Good selection of items, but wear gloves.
Not a very clean or well maintained building, would avoid using the restroom at all costs.
