I have come to this store many times and ALEX and SAL and all of the staff crew are extremely nice wonderful people. If I can name every person I could but sadly I don’t remember all there names there prices are reasonable there services are on point wait times are short or majority of the time there’s no wait at all this is a place that has class and knows there business and respects their business I should of made a good review sooner but for those who read take it from me Relax your at great clips

I have been getting my hair cut from this great clips location since it opened & I always go to Alex & he is always very professional, nice & does an excellent job doing a barber style fade that is better then what you get at a barber shop & all the rest of the hair dressers are also very courteous & professional & overall I have always had great customer service.

Knew just what I wanted when I got there and Michelle understood me perfectly! Very short wait but only because they had recently got done with 4 clients before I walked in. Will be returning to have Charlene do my next cut! 😉 🥰

Disappointed! They advertise closing at 7pm, i signed up online, i was number 3 on the queue. I arrived from faraway rushing just before 6.45pm. for the past 4 years, my haircut is literally 5 minutes usually. They said the computer was not working. I said i could pay another way. They repeated the computer was not working and sent me away extremely disappointed. I used to work many years in a hair dressing salon... We would never do that even though we finished 5 minutes late. Hopefully it is just this location that treats their faithful customer badly. I will never go again to that one except if it is the last resort. I ended up going to the hair cuttery 15mins later. You get the shampoo for a few bucks more. You need to step up your game. Artificial intelligence will soon replace you, the only thing you have in your favor is your human nature. Step up!

Alex is the best!! He listens to what I want and gets it right! My hair is thin, salt & pepper and likes to do its own thing ”wave” & Alex knows how to “tame” it 😂 Alex has the right touch in layering my hair also.

Danielle was amazing! She cut my hair exactly as I wanted, gave me a great education and ways to better care for me hair, plus she is downright friendly and easy to talk to! I loved my first visit and I will be back!
