  I needed a cut and on a Monday! My regular place was closed so I went elsewhere. My stylist I got was so good, she never once pulled any of my long hair brushing/combing it out and gave me exactly the cut I asked for! Thank you Talia, you have gained another returning customer!

  I haven’t even set foot in a Hair Cuttery location. All I wanted was a simple haircut. I was in the same shopping center as another store i was going to. I tried to book through their app to avoid waiting and hassle, but the app is terrible. Honestly, if they put so little effort into something as basic as a functioning app in this day and age, it doesn’t give me much confidence in their actual service.
  
  After setting up my profile and selecting “male,” I wasn’t even able to enter the haircut style I wanted. When I tapped on the “styles” tab, only women’s haircut options were shown—even though their website claims they cut men’s hair. If this is how they treat potential customers right from the start, I’m not interested in spending my money there.
