“Most sale items in the section I was looking for were already sold out. I wish Michaels would stock more basics when sales are running because I was forced to go elsewhere for my desired product. The items that are in lockup should be accessible by more than one employee, especially during the holidays. Carts were not available. Store was otherwise clean and staff was friendly and helpful.”
