From the first phone call I was at peace. Requesting a loan for a house and giving out so much personal information can be scary in this day and age. Michelle and Diana made this transaction smooth and solved any hiccups along the way in a timely manner.
As a first time buyer I needed everything explain with apples and pears. I learned so much from Michelle I can’t thank her enough. She even went above and beyond and got me ready to close in 21 days; even my realtor was impress.

Hometown Financial Team has been great. I'm a first time home buyer, and the process in buying my home was made less stressful with the financial team they placed for me. Everything was well explained, documentation process was smooth.. Some set backs are always evident in the process, but they tackled it and took care of everything in my favor.
My realtor Brandon Cordovis recommended me to The hometown Financial Team of Gene, Michelle, and Gabby and I can't be more thankful, they are awesome.

PS. this is an edit to my review as a reminder I closed on my home back in February, and after 3 months in I received a very confusing letter from my home insurance company. Basically stating they were going to cancel my policy if issues with inspection are not met. Well I was confused and frustrated because ALL inspection passed before we closed, and all was reviewed.. I called my Agent with no significant resolution to the why I received this notice , and time was passing as this letter was time sensitive... so I reached out to Michele Durant at hometown financial.. She quickly knew who I was after 3 months and promptly took issues into her own hands to take care of the stress for me.
Having hometown financial on my side with all my home financial and legal needs has been definitely heaven sent.

If you need a team who is fast, friendly, patient, goes above and beyond, knows what they’re doing, knows how to explain what they’re doing, & will get the job done, you want Michelle Durant & Cinnamon Rawls on your team!
As a first time home buyer, there was A LOT we didn’t know and even more that we needed explained. The “explain like I’m two” phrase has never crossed my mind so much before this process, but Michelle and Cinnamon were both incredible to work with. They answered my questions, even the ones that were really just dumb, were really just my anxiety talking, and even the ones that were layered with way too much unnecessary detail all because I need to make sure there’s no room for me to misunderstand.
If we are ever in the process of needing services they offer again, I will immediately be calling Hometown Financial. Not only were they able to do what other companies told us they couldn’t do, they also treated us like family & kept us afloat when things felt rough.
I know without a shadow of a doubt that our amazing team is the only reason we made it through the home buying process & into our new home with our sanity still relatively intact. You won’t regret doing business with Michelle, Cinnamon, or anyone at Hometown Financial!
