I have to disagree with the complaints about customer service. I have been using this bank since 2020 when the big box bank I used wouldn't get me approved for a PPP loan to keep my business running, while iThink did it in a day. Their customer service has always been warm and professional. You actually get to know and develop relationships with the people that work there because they stick around to work for the company. Highly recommended!

Betsy did a great job explaining how to switch my business checking account to earn 5% interest without any fees - my current business account with a national bank charges me $16 a month, although the business doesn't make a lot right now and I don't get any interest. iThink Financial definitely offered the best deal possible. Although I didn't switch right away, Betsy faithfully followed up and started a savings account with only $5 to be able to be a part of the credit union. I had to wait a little to see her, but that's what I have to do at my regular bank as well. No problem with this bank so far.

I’ve been going to this bank since we moved her in 2013 , but we only used it for shared banking but now we have an account. They dont do shared banking anymore. Anyway, I live how they remember their customer names and always friendly when you come int. Celene helped us out with an issue she was super nice and remembered me from my visits. She also took her time with us didnt rush and assisted with others things we didn’t really go there for.

Kim is absolutely terrific! She took care of me years ago on a balance transfer and assisted me again this past week! She is amazing and even remembers me! 10/10 I would recommend this office!

The staff is always very polite . I have not been in for almost 2 years because of covid.[I do not have it] but when I went in I was usually waited on by Dawn I dont think she is still there but she was always so kind and helpful it made it a pleasure to go to the bank. I see some people on other sites makeing complaints about this branch I dont get it everyone there has always been extra kind and helpful. People should realize to get treated nice you should be nice.
