“We do not live in a Flood zone, however because of the Insurance industry's exit from Florida in 2012 we ended up being canceled. We purchased a home that had been reroofed in 1997 in 2004 when hurricane Frances hit the roof blew off and there was considerable damage. Following the storm we were paying unreasonable premiums.
