Thought I’d give them a try cus the door was open. After a few minutes of showing myself around, the manager came over to finish my tour. She was great and provided me all the information about getting a membership, showed me the leg press machine, and even offered me one of their towels. All in all it seems like a great facility, however, I decided not to enroll because I am a turtle.

Lifted here for about 5 months and it was wonderful, nice staff and supportive people, has competition grade strength equipment and has something to offer for whatever someone needs. Overall I enjoyed this gym and would recommend it to anyone willing to better themselves.

I'm a former competitive athlete in my 30s and have been trying to find a space where I feel motivated to continue my fitness and have fun. Iron Knight is that place! The owners are fantastic people, the equipment is great, and the members are all genuinely nice people.This is a pretty no-fuss place -- you'll find everyone is from different backgrounds and abilities. A lot of members compete in powerlifting! I am hoping to do my first meet next year.Also, the trainers are top notch -- I have had so much fun learning new skills from them! My confidence is much higher than before; definitely check this place out :)

I just moved to the area and was looking for a gym with classes and fell in love. Each class is fun, challenging, and different eveytime. The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, everyone is just so nice and supportive. Highly recommend.

Best strength gym in the treasure coast. Everyone is helpful, from the staff to the average gym goers. Coach Michael Walker is the man, proper programming to meet my goals. Highly recommend!

The best gym in the area in more ways than one. Even from someone who likes to stay quiet in the gym and do my own thing, I’ve experienced the culture and community aspect of IKG. Members are friendly, helpful, and not as intimidating as they may look ?I recommend this gym to anyone. From people just starting out and doing classes, to those who are accustomed to a gym, to professionals. The culture is like no other and the owners are constantly doing new and exciting things with the gym.

Great Gym! Love the friend and family atmosphere! I moved to PSL west a few months ago and this is the first gym I chose and no regrets! This is real Gym and love to see women in here lifting heavy!

Iron Knight is hands down the best gym I have been to. I tried going to another gym for a short time due to driving distance, and hated it!!! I'm back at Iron Knight now. Just being in the positive environment will make you more successful in whatever physical goals you have, that may sound cliché but just try it and you will see it is the TRUTH!

Have been at this gym for a little over a week now and can’t say enough good things! The people are great and it’s a super cool vibe. Tons of unique equipment that you can’t find at other gyms as well. Not crowded at all in the mornings either. I’ve been to gyms all over and you can’t get much better than IKG!

I love IKG. The atmosphere is super chill and everyone there is really helpful and always willing to give you advice on ways to improve your workouts or answer questions. I highly recommend the boot camp classes or strength training classes with Nikki and Emily. Both coaches push you hard and vary the work outs so that you are doing something new almost every day. The other coaches seem great also, I just haven’t been available at those times to join their classes. There are classes available at different times of the day to fit anyones needs. There is a wide range of people at different fitness levels at each class and members are always supportive of one another. If you are just starting a fitness journey or looking to get back in shape the classes are perfect to get the motivation and structure you’re looking for!

Best Gym in PSL hands down and it's not even close! They have all the equipment you need to get the physique you are looking for and if you show up and give the effort you'll get results! Corey and his staff are amazing and this gym feels like family! I highly recommend them!
