This is the second time we've gone to the Victoria Square Port, Saint Lucie office to have our taxes prepared. And once again, we found the services provided awesome! Again, I received a very warm welcome when I arrived; questions answered on the spot, \u0026 our taxes done in no time at all! For me, their professionalism \u0026 friendly demeanor can not be beat! Without hesitation, I would recommend, actually encourage, anyone needing financial services to make an appointment at the Victoria Square Hewitt Jackson office in Port St. Lucie.

We had an appointment that was confirmed over several text messages so the phone number was correct. However, when we arrived they were quite confrontational about how we were supposed to bring our taxes from the previous year and our social security cards. When I mentioned that knowing this ahead of time would have been helpful the guy claimed to have called and left a message - not true.The cost for our normal married filing jointly taxes was $400 AFTER a coupon they applied. This is more than double what we have paid elsewhere in the past. We will not be returning.

This place is such a safe space for me. Talking to the Smalleys while getting my taxes done is the highlight of my day. Ms Stella and Mr Jim are one of the kindest sweetest and understanding people I have ever met. I will always come here to get my taxes done. Nobody else compares.

We have been getting our tax prepared by Mrs Smalley foe years. She's insightful snd extremely helpful with what we need to do. It's a pleasure to see them each year. They are a great representation of this company.
