Horrible experience. Made appointment on line, waited 1 hour and left angry.. One person working there, completely oblivious. If I could have given them no stars, I would have done so.!!!!!!

Last 2 years my Husband has filed here, which he’s been filing since 2014 with them. Last years tax’s we didn’t get cause the dude who did them, put the wrong amount still have yet to receive those tax’s. This year the dude that did his taxes didn’t even do them right. And on top of it they took out fees from last years taxes cause they didn’t get them last year cause dude had messed up. Y’all really need to train your employees better cause this is the seconded year out of the 6 years he’s filed with them, that his taxes had been messed up.
