This is the worst insurance company I've ever had. I didn't choose them, My mortgage company did.Lauren, that's in charge of my policy, FORGOT to cancel the policy that SHE said her company wasn't using anymore so my mortgage company paid out 2 different insurance companies, which means IM OUT 1300$. This company, since it was HER MISTAKE, should have given me the money back and waited for the return from over payment. It has been 10 days, and there has been no response from her or ANYONE about my money. I had to call the American Integrity Insurance company and find out what was going on because Lauren definitely didn't follow up with me and just left me hanging. Lauren is a completely worthless insurance adjuster.If I were you, I wouldn't use Lauren or this company for your insurance. She dropped the ball more than once and NEVER apologized for having me pay 2 homeowners insurance policies this year.

I have been with Jaguar Insurance (Lauren & Sam) for over 11 years now. They're professional and very knowledgeable about the insurance game. And very easy to talk to. If you're in the market for just about any type of insurance, give them a call. I'm positive they'll be able to help. I highly recommend Jaguar Insurance. I'm so glad my realtor recommended them because I can't imagine being with any other agency.

In 2015 I was recommended to try Jag Ins by my Realtor at the time. I have been with them ever since. Lauren and her team are very responsive. Every time I reach out to them with questions - they've always answered (whether it's by email or phone). I've even recommended Jaguar Insurance to my family members. I was recently was dropped by an insurance company I've used since 2015 - I didn't know what to do (even after all the googling). I reached out to Lauren with concerns on my next steps and when I tell you she was on it, she handled what I thought to be an issue like a real professional. She reassured me that these kind of things happen often and not to worry and that she will take care of it on her end. By that following week, Lauren reached back out to me to confirm the new switch with my insurance company has been been taken care of. I did have to update my 4 point and wind mid (which is typical for either switching insurances or buying a new home, etc). If you are looking for an insurance agency to rely on - definitely check them out. You won't be disappointed. If you have questions don't be timid to ask. They know what they are doing. Last but not least which should have been one of the first sentences is that they are trust worthy. Morals and Integrity goes a long way with me. Therefore I'll be with them for the long haul.

When we first started using them, they were pretty good. Last couple of years pretty unresponsive to getting back to you. When I called to cancel policy with them, they were very negative to us. They indicated that they were sending me an email to sign to cancel. I never got. I called back, no response. Had to call insurance company directly.
