Want to buy a home she has listed. Per my real estate agent, the home supposedly has 2 offers but the owner hadn't accepted any yet. Wanted to see the home and made it clear I would pay asking price if it appraised for the asking amount. My realtor called her at least 10 times before she answered the phone, she never returned any phone calls after several messages, wouldn't respond to email or texts, and never returned my calls. I'm pretty sure the owners would be upset that they weren't presented the offer, and it still shows for sale, Not Pending, Not Contingent, but For Sale!
