Terrible customer service and incompetence. Dropped off personal taxes and simple trust taxes along with a copy of last year's tax returns. After 30 days and no tax returns I sent an email asking for status. No response, so I went to the office the next day to find doors locked and no one home...even though the sign on the door and website said they should be open. Emailed again and contacted district office. Received an email back from local office for appointment two days later. After reviewing documents with agent, pointed out that school district and local tax returns were missing on the personal taxes and state tax return was missing on the simple trust taxes. 1 1/2 weeks later, I receive an emailed copy of the missing returns. All three returns contained incorrect data. I have contacted both the local office and regional office who said they would thoroughly review our tax returns. It has now been over a month and we have yet to receive any response from either corporate or local offices and our local tax returns have still yet to be filed.

My father-in-law went and asked how much they were going to charge him and they said that they only give the amount bar the end …they charge him 260… it is a old technique to overcharge the client, a very disgusting technique by the way
