Couldn't find anyone to help me and when I finally did find 3 employees walking together I said excuse me 1 of the 3 acknowledge me I ask the price on a 6 piece dewalt power tool set and he shakes his head and points at some old man on a lift putting away stuff and walks off ... I was fixing to spend 1000 dollars here and yall play games? I'll go to home depot across the street maybe they want my money

I have often in my past gone to Lowe's because personal service was taken seriously as is their support of veterans!!! Honestly that personal service is no longer around. Many service providers are doing multiple jobs or sitting and doing nothing. Stock choices leave much to be desired. I was shopping for a new oven and microwave. The value on my part was to extract. Lowe's needs some support to grow back into the giant it once was.

I was so disappointed when I saw Christmas decorations. We are trying to accommodate today society, that er are changing history. Black & White Santa and soldiers. Will we change the Nutcracker and Micky & Minnie mouse? We do we draw the line. The choices are endless, however the decorations were beautifully displayed.

Went to store 11/22/23 evening, and almost left without my item.Two guys who helping me, claim the item is not in stock, but I see it on tap rack.Who hire them and who pay them for nothing!I would like to have job where I'm wrong all times and get my pay check for it! I would like to be Alvin! Is there any job for me?

Do not purchase kitchen cabinets from Lowe’s. Not even their “top line”, Schuler. My cabinets were installed on October 31st and November 1st, today is Sunday November 13th and I still haven’t heard back from anyone on when the pieces that need to be replaced will be replaced. My kitchen was subcontracted out to Farrow Construction. I called Lowe’s on November 3rd to let them know the drawers are not even, that several cabinet doors got scratched during the installation and now have chipped paint, that a bad patch job was done on the cabinet above the refrigerator, that the bottom of the cabinet does not meet the floor near my dishwasher (Farrow construction tried to tell me my floor is not even, funny because the cabinets themselves don’t measure the same height) so I’ve got a 2” gap on the bottom. Some shelves weren’t even installed. I got no care instructions, no one gave me the touch up markers though I did find them later. For $18,000 kitchen cabinets this is just not acceptable. On Friday, November 3rd, Lowes told me to give the sub contractor 48 hours to call me, no call came. I called Lowes again 3 days later, they “escalated” my work order and again told me to give Farrow construction another 48 hours to reach out, once more no one called me. Friday, November 11th I called Lowe’s again, I was on hold for too long while they called the subcontractor and my phone battery died. I immediately plugged it back in and it powered back on. Do you think anyone attempted to call me back after such a long hold? No! I need to finish having my quartz countertops installed and cannot proceed. I waited approximately 12 weeks for these cabinets. It’s now been 2 weeks since the initial install date and we are not done. The cabinets are painted and I was told they would resist chips and scratches well. This is obviously not true since they didn’t even stand up to the installation. Do not have your cabinets done with Lowe’s unless you want to wait forever to have your issues resolved or someone call you back and that’s IF they even care to resolve it.

Daniel N. offered the BEST customer service. He assisted graciously with 28 keys! He patiently cut each set and was careful to maintain my suggested order to help with key identification. While helping me, he was also able to help another customer by giving exact isle and shelf info of requested item. Great job Daniel N.

Went to this store today and got treated so poorly. I was waiting to get help and the gentleman said, I don't know what your waiting for but it's gonna be a very long wait. I'm a retired veteran and love Lowe's. So I left and went across to Home Depot and they were so helpful. I live in Okeechobee and all we have is Home Depot, so I usually travel to Port St Lucie just to go to Lowe's. But not anymore I'll save on gas now.

As a vet I deeply appreciate Lowes giving all vets 10% off their purchases. I wish more stores would express their appreciation rather than lip service. This visit I was doing a difficult project in plumbing. A incredible gal in Plumbing walked me through it step by step ensuring I had every little detail covered. From finding what was needed to check out with a live cashier was just another great visit to Lowes.

This store only has self-check out, which I dislike. An employee is posted there, watching us senior citizens like a hawk. (Are we going to neglect paying for something? ) Somehow a bag of our items were left behind, that we discovered missing when we returned home. Sadly, I throw out receipt on the way out. Where was Miss Eagle Eye then? Did she call us back in? No! They didn't have it in the lost & found., so we treated the guy in line behind us, I guess. Wow! In other stores I've had employees follow me out to the parking lot with the missed items. At least call us back inside. Miss Eagle Eye was remiss in her duties. Glad Home Depot is right across the street for next time!

Lowe's is a decent place to get most of everything you need for home and property projects.the only thing I have to say that need work.. is when It comes to customer service and asking for help getting employees with knowledge.. it is a joke..not everyone time.. but 9 out 10 visits

My review of this Lowe's location is ONLY a review of the Pro Services department and NOT of the entire store. Peggy, Luz and the Pro Team are very good and always accommodating. I am a Pro contractor and have always had great service here. Other areas and departments in the store are lacking, but this is store-wide after they took away most of the sales specialist roles within the stores and added the MST department. I'll NOT give my opinion or review on this, but kudos to the Pro Sales team!!!
