Horrible bad attitudes all around

I went in to the store yesterday on September/22nd/2024 and I was very excited to switch my family phone numbers to get them all an iPhone 12 as I’ve always wanted to get them to try Apple and have never had the money to get an iPhone for them. The girl at the counter were not only very rude at the store , but she also tried to tell me that each phone will cost $250 and said that was the minimum price for an iPhone 12. I looked at some of the promotional materials and it said NO activation fees when porting, and that the iPhone 12 was FREE. I’ve dealt with prepaid in the past so I know the tax and the first months bill are required but I also know for a fact that doesn’t total $250 for each phone I ended up settling for 2 Samsung Galaxy A15’s that ended up being garbage. I am completely dissatisfied at the refusal to honor their own promotions and will be bringing my family to cricket and will probably switch both of my numbers on the A15’s there within the month as they were much more helpful and knowledgeable and their deals are better simply because they actually honor them.

Amazing . unbelievable customer service. the young man named Orlando is the one to go to for anything and everything.
I bought a new phone but I needed to have all of my videos and pictures and text messages and apps all transferred to the new phone because I have lost my mother and my brother and did not want to lose all of everything I had left of them and this young man stayed working on my phone for about 4 hours patiently and kindly without hesitation without any frustration in between customers and somehow managed to get that done. nowhere else what I have gone that somebody would have spent that much time and dedication to do that. today you just don't find that type of customer service anywhere. I simply cannot say enough about Orlando. Thank you just doesnt seem enough.

I had the most pleasant experience in this store with Abby, Every time I come in she is extremely knowledgeable & is the greatest person I’ve met. She always has a smile on her face. Recommend this store to everyone !

Came in tonight half an hour before closing with network problems that the call center Wasn't able to help me with. Aby was excellent!! She listened to what I had done in terms of the troubleshooting, evaluated many options and quickly defined and solved the problem....ABY is fantastic both with technical skills and personal customer relation skills....hard to find these days! Give this woman a raise, please!

Constant influx of Insubordinate and Delinquent Staff here. They eat on the job, blare the radio with inappropriate music, rarely have anything in stock, would rather Argue and generally treat you like they just don't care than do their job. They just don't like to work and drag out interactions with the clients about everything but what you're there for. They talk while you talk, tell you what you want by way of just selling you a new phone, etc. They rather you not look at the displayed phones, and instead pull out and Open Up New Phones that they intend to force down your throat. They don't let you examine or hold the phone yourself either. Always staffed with Ego based Youths that Treat elders very disrespectfully. Talk AT you, but then if you adopt their method, they Gaslight you and run you out of store -again- so they don't have to work. This as well as the St Lucie West Store are Horror stories. Switched because I just could not get my questions answered. I've since switched, ATT is a much better company, and No Problems with them.

I visited here and had the pleasure of meeting Abbey. She was so courteous and helpful! She answered all my questions, got me into a new plan, helped me get the most for my money, and had me in and out before I knew it! She did an excellent job!! Thank you Abbey for all your help! I'm still waiting to get one of those customer surveys to give her all 5 stars!

i called 611 and was told i could get a free upgrade on my phone for being a valued customer .went to store they would not honor it . iwas treated wrong and told no but i could buy a discount phone for 199.00 plus activation fees. what a rip off

I would like to pay a nice compliment to the three ladies at this location. I have been there twice for assistance. They are the sweetest, nicest people. They are all wonderful. I was there to get help in verifying legit emails etc. Great group of staff working there. Wink ?

Darling was awesome; she went above and beyond to assist us. We wasn’t able to get our account number from boost and she contacted a third party to assist. We are so grateful because my son is in college and needed his phone. She was amazing and because of her service my family will all be metro customers.
