The worst retail location I have ever been in ever. Everyone should be fired, starting with the manager...don't ever walk into this location.

If I could give a negative 5 star review I would. I purchased a phone from the Metro store in the Darwin Square plaza, which turned out to be a nightmare. 4 days after the purchase the phone had a mind of its own, which honestly was probably just defective. It would work fine one moment than would completely stop working. So I took the phone back up to the store and "thought" someone would help me resolve this issue, but instead I was treated with disrespect immediately and was told by an employee there that, "I dropped my phone". Although there were zero scratches on the phone and the screen had no cracks!!! I was so upset with the way Darling treated me. Instead of trying to help she was making matters worse and treated me with poor customer service I felt. She could have tried to help make things right from the start ,but choose to simply not care. I ended up taking my business to Cricket on SW Port St Lucie Blvd and was taken care of right away with Miss Justine who understands how to treat customers with respect and had me leaving her store knowing Im in good hands with Cricket now!!!

Went into the store to upgrade and the cost to upgrade is retail? What kind of customer appreciation is that? Sales rep was trying to sell me phones that were over my budget after I told her I didn't want an expensive phone. What benefits are there for being a loyal customer With metro?

I came into the store recently, Ive never been treated with so much respect. The worker Luis attented me and made me feel human he answered all my questions, was respectful and overall made my experience overall a great one.Not from around here but will most definitely come back. ??

I'm not sure why even with all these negative reviews this person maintains her job. Possibly some nepotism at play?Walked into the store and was greeted appropriately, had some family from UK and allowed him to ask his question before me. I advised the young lady of this. As he was speaking I noticed she kept frowning and was very getting impatient. He felt it too and said he would just review the pricing board. I asked her to please have a little patience they aren't from here, those words exactly. Her response was, What Is Your Question? I started to ask her my question and because of her demeanor I paused because she was so openly rude, she jumped in again, What's Your Question? Very annoyed and short. I don't know this young lady, her name starts with an M, I was approached like someone she had a prior issue with. I told her you know what. No worries, I'll try another store. I went over to tell my family, we can try another store. No need to be treated like this. She started to raise her voice and repeat Have A Nice Day! Have A Nice Day! I was with children but considered telling her where to place her fake sentiment. Absolutely ridiculous!! I've been a customer since 2016 and have never had someone be rude to me right off the bat. Not sure why we got such hostile treatment before even stating why we were there?? She needs an immediate customer service refresher and probably a day off.

They are not very helpful at all in fixing you the phone or to purchase one they never have it I have to go to another store out of my way and they are more friendlier is on u s 1. I had to change my phone because no one can hear me I got a refurbished phone its still the same problem.I purchased a screen protector and they did not put it properly I let them know if they can changed they would not change it. I will never go back there again.

I'm a new customer and I ordered a phone that was advetised on metro- tmobile website. It is a promo only for new customers.To qualify for the promo you are required to order on line. I bought the phone as a gift. But I found out later the person I bought it for already had the exact same phone. So I need to return the phone but customer service from both metro and t-mobile are giving me the run around to return it. Like I told customer service the box was never opened. So they emailed me saying I would get a label the next day. Its been 3 days & still no label. So I called metro csr online to find out what happened to my label. They said they didn't have my order in their system. The csr rep told me to call a local metro store because they can email me a label. So I called a local metro and they said they don't have a way to email a label on their system. They told me to call tmobile csr dept online to get a label. Well when I called tmobile they told me to go to a local store and ask them to email me a label. What? That didn't make any sense. So I asked the rep to let me talk to a manager. I was on hold 45 minutes then the rep. said a manager will call me back in 5-10 minutes. Well its been 14 hours and I haven't received a call from a manager yet. So its going on 4 days & I still haven't received a label yet. This is very poor customer service and this will be the LAST time I buy anything from Metropcs or tmobile. I would not recommend this company to anybody!!!

Had an issue with my phone and once again was helped out by the amazing manager Kylie and as always she went above and beyond to do her due diligence to satisfy me with my issues.. I've known her for managing this location for a few years and I would always recommend her or anyone of her employees that are managed under her supervision great customer service experience 5stars all day ?????

Went to this store for a new phone...Have been a metro customer for 15 yrs..Customer service was not good..Not at all helpful...Needless to say I didn't stay long...Went to the store on Port Saint Lucie Blvd..next to Winn Dixie...was in and out of there in 30 mim...With a new phone with the deal I wanted...don't waste your time at this store.....!!!
