I have made multiple calls to Metro PCS, and being told repeatedly, there is nothing they can do. I’ve been put on hold, hung up on repeatedly. My account was double charged for 8 months. I was told to, go to the bank. I went to the bank and the bank did refund for 3 months only.
I have bank statements for proof of being double charged, Metro PCS owes to my account $150.00.
While 2 people from customer service helped. There have been 10+ very unhelpful Customer Service Workers at Metro PCS.
Finally I get in touch with Metro PCS Refund department and file a claim and the claim was denied.
Another claim has been open however without accepting my documentation or a place to send, it is likely to be denied again.
The first claim I was told to wait 3-5 days.
The claim filed again yesterday January 22, 2025, I was told to wait 5-7 days.
I’m not waiting, as this process has been going on for well over 2 months.
I’ve documented and made note of the calls and receiving zero help.
Where can I send proof of being double charged and received $150.00 refund to my account.

I went there today to get a flip phone for my mother we're already with Metro and she has a flip phone I just wanted a new one and the girl did not know how to transfer the contacts or the pictures over she said she's new on the job and she was the only one there that's ridiculous why bother even opening up

Be careful what you choose here and who you touch, they may be very decent but other people are quite the opposite.

This is one of their smaller stores. However, they were quite busy and only had one employee to assist several customers. If I had to choose a Metro store to go to it would not be this one located on St Lucie West boulevard.

This store is horrible!!!! Don't give them your business, go to the corporate store on US 1. I brought a phone there to have my current Metro service switched over to it and they lied and told me the phone was locked because they wanted me to buy another phone from them so they could get the commission!!!! And to make matters even worse they didn't even put the SIM tray back in my phone. When I returned to the store the next day to inquire about what could be done about it, and asked to speak with the store manager/owner, the employee didn't even seem to know who that was...what a joke! ?

I dropped my Nokia x100 phone off on Wednesday December the 21st. They told me to call them in which they never answered the phone. So I drive back up on the 28th when she said it would be there in it was not. They can't understand it why it's not there. They're incompetent in this Metro store. Please go somewhere else other than this place cuz they're rude. They believe what they say goes not what their customer has a problem with. This is the second replacement for this phone it's a Nokia x100 in it is terrible. No 4G or 5G. It doesn't make sense why they would send my phone back when I need it. I highly recommend staying as far away from this place as possible. It's supposed to be a flag store but they don't know what they're doing. And when they give you a phone number to call don't even try. They do not answer. I let it ring for 10 minutes and no answer.

On 8/31/22, I received a miss call from METRO PCS / T-Mobile on st lucie west at 8pm. I experienced a unprofessional service from the (GENERAL MANGER JAZ ), later on I found out who I was speaking with . It started when I attempted to call back, I asked who was speaking because I received a miss call & a Young lady answers the phone and stated WHO IS YOU? “YOU CALLED MY PHONE? So I’m saying to myself this cannot be a business talking like that & calling so late! I than stated I received a missed call so I’m trying to figure out who this is ? She than stated “ THIS JAZ, I was calling too see if you was still looking for a position. I mentioned to her that I filled out an application 4 months ago I have a job now, However I asked JAZ does she have availability for the weekend, she then mentioned “ YOU KNOW WHAT DONT WORRY ABOUT IT ,IMMA JUS CALL YOU BACK? This is not the experience metro should not want for our customers, and it sounds like she needs to adjust her attitude. I will report this issue with another manger or maybe even corporate to get my voice heard because that was so unprofessional! I would also like a CALL from someone above her or someone that I could speak with a manager. Thank you in advance.

Went to get an economy phone for one of my kids, Julian was the gentleman that assisted us and he really exceed my expectations with his customer service, not only he offered a great bundle deal he was patient and kind. Thumps up to Julian and to this store, is my second great experience here ??

I upgraded my phone in February at this location and not only did the guy rip me off on accessories by charging me for something that I never ordered or received, he also added the "Premium Service bundle" to my account, costing me extra money per month and he never told me he added it, or asked me if I wanted it. I noticed on my second billing statement that it had been added without my consent.

I've tried calling for 2 days, the store doesn't have a listing. Its the only corporate store to buy a phone between Stuart and Ft Pierce. There's a corporate number to call customer service answered with a few letters and numbers then please leave a message. All the other Metro stores are open but don't sell phones. And I really don't want to drive 30 miles to find there closed. There should be a direct number to the store like all the others have. But there isn't!! I guess I'm actually calling on vacation corporate headquarters? Very frustrating...

I would like to share my review of Metro PCS of the one particularly in St Lucie West Boulevard with the customer service personnel and her name is Daniela , her professionalism was state-of-the-art. She had patience, she was courteous as she was kind which is something that you don't always find with customer service. She was very informative she displayed knowledge, skills, expertise in providing Professional Service. I must say that I was highly impressed and certainly recommend Metro PCS particularly to others. I really am very impressed with that if you're in the Port St. Lucie area. Once again I recommend that you stop into this particular store at 1176 SW St. Lucie West Blvd. Port St. Lucie, FL.
