Went to this store at 805 am today 3/10/25. Customer service said the store could pull up my info as I'm unable to log into my online account. The young lady in the store said she can't do anything without my eight digit PIN number. So I'm now switching providers....

I came to this place with the hope of solving my problem and I left more disappointed, the girl who works at the counter does not give a solution to any problem and does not even give you the option of how to solve it, she limits herself to saying to call 611, even calling 611 and giving me all the possible explanation (very professional Gaby), back at the store this same girl tells me that what I need is not available and that she does not know where the Metro offices are located and she did not look for them either. I give it two stars but I would rather give it -2.

Went to help out daughter establish new service on her own. Abby and Dean went above and beyond to help us and make sure she was able to keep her number. Made sure everything on old phone was transferred to new phone and that everything worked properly. Great customer service experience!

I went to two other stores and also had called customer service before going to this one,there was only one employee working in the store. This employee was already waiting on someone when I walked in and four people walked in after me. Juana did a AWESOME job juggling everyone's issues. She did everything possible to fix my phone,to no avail had to order another one. She always was professional and was smiling the whole time. I really hope you can keep this one. Give her a raise !!!!

What a headache, just deal with the customer service number. It took me two plus weeks to correct an issue they did! Almost cancelled my service .

I went in to the store yesterday on the September/22nd/2024 and I was very excited to switch my family numbers to get them all an iPhone 12 as I’ve always wanted to get them to try Apple and have never had the money to get an iPhone for them. The 2 girls (Aby and Amaya) at the counter were not only very rude, but they also tried to tell me that each phone will cost $235 and said that was the minimum price for an iPhone 12 if I was bringing the numbers over from a different carrier. I looked at some of the promotional materials and it said no activation fees when porting, and that the iPhone 12 was free. I’ve dealt with prepaid in the past so I know the tax and the first months bill are required but I also know for a fact that doesn’t total $235 per phone I ended up going to a different company,
I am completely dissatisfied at the refusal to honor their own promotions.

The two employees working there (young) are not very personable it's almost an inconvenience that they have to do a job. The way I was treated as a customer, makes me consider changing companies.
I miss the staff that worked there years ago.

Worst service ever. Everybody’s in training you walk in and they all just stare at you and don’t say a word and when you ask for something oh I am in training. It takes three people for one customer they need to close it down..
