I was told by the manager that she didn't work for Metro; that they were a different company and not responsible for my issue. The sign said Metro. Her shirt said Metro. Her name tag said Metro....but she doesn't work for Metro .So much for the "Yada, Nada, Nada"!

They did not have the phone I wanted. However, they have the service I needed. So I went and bought the phone somewhere else with my honey bear. We came back and the knowledgeable staff was able to set up my service in no time

Horrible customer service at this location... One person tells you one thing, and the next employee doesn't have a clue on why that would be said. Can't trust their word.

Both Valdmir and Sandy were awesome! They both were extremely helpful regarding my broken phones sim card and tray. They even were helpful getting me back into my account! Awesome people! Seriously 10/10 service! Highly recommend this store!

omg — SO bad. Instead of porting my number, metro cancelled every device on my account. Words cannot express — I was willing to return to metro if Xfinity didn’t work out — that ain’t happening.

This has to be the best Metro by T-mobil location ever. The customer care was incredible. They were so accommodating to me and my daughter. A special thanks to Itsia for being so patient and getting me a phone last minute. She absolute best! And deserves a raise! Very honest and very sweet. Thank you all again!

Marcia at Metro in Port St Lucie is absolutely awesome!! I have had to come in to store 2x due to my mother downloading apps and freezing her phone!We purchased a new phone and had to come back to have Marcia clean new phone!! She is extremely understanding and is so patient and caring!!!I We are so grateful we she was the person who helped us!!

I went to a dealer location to purchase my device and what a terrible experience. I end up coming here and the manager Sandy helped me set up my phone she was excellent!! What a change!!!

Only phone carrier that doesn't raise the price every year. Never had a billing problem like I used to with Verizon and att. New phones are available when necessary. I'm a customer for life.

I dropped my Nokia x100 phone off on Wednesday December the 21st. They told me to call them in which they never answered the phone. So I drive back up on the 28th when she said it would be there in it was not. They can't understand it why it's not there. They're incompetent in this Metro store. Please go somewhere else other than this place cuz they're rude. They believe what they say goes not what their customer has a problem with. This is the second replacement for this phone it's a Nokia x100 in it is terrible. No 4G or 5G. It doesn't make sense why they would send my phone back when I need it. I highly recommend staying as far away from this place as possible. It's supposed to be a flag store but they don't know what they're doing. And when they give you a phone number to call don't even try. They do not answer. I let it ring for 10 minutes and no answer.
