Most sale items in the section I was looking for were already sold out. I wish Michaels would stock more basics when sales are running because I was forced to go elsewhere for my desired product. The items that are in lockup should be accessible by more than one employee, especially during the holidays. Carts were not available. Store was otherwise clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

Store in a sorry state of disrepair. Very dirty and shopping carts are all nonfunctional except for the ones the employees use to stock shelves.

I go here for my framing and am always treated well. Kristin is The Bomb. Before her it was Kiki, who is still there. They know their stuff and take great care with the artwork and framing.
