Went to set up an account for my elderly parents and Manuel Hernandez was the best. From start to finish he made us all feel like family. My mother who has dementia was repeatedly asking him the same question over and over again and he was fantastic with dealing her. I would highly recommend Manuel and this branch to any of my friends and family! It’s was certainly a pleasure!

The bank located in port st lucie, Fl on Gaitlin road is constantly hiring new employees that do not know what they are doing. I've been going to the bank and paying my loan with my debit card and paying a $5 fee for paying witha my debit card for about 2yrs now. Now I am told by new tellers that they will also charge me 18% to do this. Even though I was just there last week and paid the same way with no issues. They're always have new tellers and new employees that are not properly trained. One of the tellers looked confused as to what to do while another teller who helped me last week stood there dumbfounded and did not even try to assist. It is ridiculous that a depending on the teller, I will not know what kind of service I am going to get. Stay away from this bank, they can't even keep employees and do not train the new ones.

I would like to send a special thanks to "Youry", an awesome teller at the MidFlorida Gatlin branch in Port Saint Lucie, FL. I visited the lobby for some banking business and I was fortunate enough to have Youry wait on me. He is one of the most courteous, helpful, professional, patient and knowledgeable person that I have met in a long time. If you don't have a program to help your personnel continue their education you should. Youry would be a super candidate and would bring MidFlorida a more balanced and dedicated workforce. He should not be overlooked.

I highly suggest you find another bank to do business with! I’ve been doing business with mid Florida for the past 15 years and I’ve never had an experience like the one I just encountered At the Gatlin Branch in Port St. Lucie Florida. The banks manager has no understanding of customer service. She is beyond rude!! I came in with a bank draft, which is a check drawn off of the bank and it’s to be brought in and then replaced with a regular check once the parameters have been met, those parameters were met. I showed up at the bank and spoke with a teller who was more than happy to help me. She was unsure of how to handle this transaction so she went over to explain to the bank manager. The bank manager looked over her shoulder at me and squinted her eyes like I was crazy , then she offered me to come into her office and immediately started with an attitude which is beyond me, but now that I look at the ratings of this bank location I understand completely! My suggestion don’t do business with them and reach management if you can other than the bank manager at the location here on Gatlin. I also asked how I can get in touch with the managers superior and wasn’t given an answer. Unbelievable

Very rude!! I was waiting in line for over 30 minutes because they have more people working the drive thru and only ONE person working the inside counter. Finally get to the front and was told that the system computers are shutting down and she could not complete my transaction. Are you serious?! Definitely thinking about switching banks.

Do not bank here. Waited over 2 hours to open up an account. They are a ghost staff on Saturdays. They are not very friendly. No one greets you and there’s no customer service at all.

Signed up for Credit card at 2% cash back rewards only to find out I now need to open a checking or saving account to redeem them and cash back rewards are dropping to 1.5% in September. And try to call, there is no local number!

ATM never works! Patricia is the most disrespectful person. Another customer needed a Spanish speaking person and she was available but told the other representative that she’s to busy to help them. How can you be racist against your own people? Every time I’ve been in this bank, Patricia has an attitude and is just very rude. I ask to open an account for my child and she told me I can’t, a kid can’t have an account. Like really? No explanation or any other option of how to create another avenue to have another account. Very dismissive and I guess just doesn’t want to deal with people. Terrible customer service on her part.

Absolutely rude service on multiple occasions. Constantly putting our deposited checks on hold for a full 7 days even though theres enough already in the account to cover the check. Called today to question this and the woman spent 5 minutes making me prove it was my account with several forms of information only to again tell me theres nothing she can do. When I told her it was time to look around at other credit unions, she only became more belligerent, and absolutely did not care about losing our business. Maybe its time to “loose the attitude” and learn how to service your customers better ?
