Genuinely the best pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. They really get to know you, and care much more than any other pharmacy I’ve ever been to. My whole family goes there and we love them! The staff is always super friendly and on top of it, something that is very rare in this day and age. I highly recommend New Life Pharmacy!

I am very disappointed how my purchase and insurance coverage was handled by the store for walker I needed post knee replacement surgery. I went to New Life with my Dr's Rx for the walker and inquired how I could purchase and get coverage for the walker which was covered by my insurance. I was pressed for time to get a walker and the store said I needed to pay out of pocket and they would submit a claim to my insurance for reimbursement. While I was covered for this durable medical equipment they failed to mention that they could possibly be out of network for my insurance. As was the case this pharmacy was out of network so I had eat the entire cost. I also had to follow up multiple time with them to discover that outcome. I would never go back there or use any service or product from them. They were either misleading or not knowledgeable enough to manage this.

I needed a compound cream made and the person on the phone called me and told me that I needed to have a credit card on file I reluctantly gave them the credit card that I wanted to keep on file and told them that I would come on Friday and pay cash. This was on a Wednesday when I came on Friday to pick up my medication. The young woman hand me a bag with my charge on it. I turned around and said to her. Credit card charged I was going to pay cash and I told them that over the phone. Needless to say that she became very nasty and I will never use this establishment again just to let people know in the future. Publix does have a compound pharmacy. You just have to order ahead of time I will never use this place again.

The absolute best pharmacy, medical supply company and health care partners in the Treasure Coast Area. In general I prefer to do business with locally owned small businesses rather than corporations. When it comes to my health care, it is important to me to know personally the people I do business with and trust with my medical care. The owner and Pharmacist Rick, not only does an extraordinary job providing medicine, medical equipment, vitamins/supplements but he takes the time to get to know each and every patient and/or customer. Clearly he is an expert in his field but also the owner, and he is there just about every day. He and his wife Keisha who is a Registered Nurse and also works daily at the pharmacy are extremely knowledgeable, exceedingly helpful, and truly are your healthcare partners. The entire staff is courteous, professional, and excellent at what they do. My complex and ultra rare believed to be genetic Autoimmune Inflammatory Process and Tissue disease is chronic, severe and disabling and with more than 30 underlying diagnoses ranging from Lupus, to Vasculitis to Susac’s Syndrome to strokes to MPA to RA to Fibromyalgia…needless to say it requires a lot of specialists, doctors, and other practitioners to keep me alive and going. This Pharmacy provides everything you could want, Compounding, script filling, medical equipment and so much more. They even deliver all over the Treasure Coast. I highly recommend you give them a try and change over to them as your preferred pharmacy.
