Desperately needs a dusting. Staff is helpful and kind. Good deals most of the time! I usually wait a little to get items on sale that I love. Fun selections of items, trendy.

Unhappy with my experience here, on Sunday I returned a dress that I paid with Apple Pay so the last four are not the same so the cashier offers me cash back then when the supervisor with long curly hair and glasses comes over she gives me a hard time about giving cash back becuz it wouldn’t return to my card. I now two days later go back to purchase since I’m a frequent shopper and I ask an employee on the floor to confirm if they match their own online pricing and she said yes when we get to the front to pay Courtney the lead says no we don’t do that and I just said another employee just told me you did and she said nope we don’t. So I pay almost double to do the work. Realistically if I bought it online earlier in the day I would have saved money and wasted payroll on an employee looking for my items. I did all the work and pay more money when it’s the same companies pricing online versus in store. That make no sense. But even if that the policy. The shift leads and supervisors can decline customers with kindness and grace not with a rude attitude. I’m paying my money to shop the experience and purchase my items. Do better with management hiring team.

If I could give it zero stars….The customer service is extremely poor, I walked out. I went in to return a pair of pants I got online. They did not fit me so I put them back into the bag it got shipped it and put them in my car. Still had the tag on since I could not wear them. The manager told me they would not accept the return because they were “damaged”. He said the button was damaged (even though I did not even wear them since they were too small) and the wrinkles are considered damage because they “would never ship them that way”. Like seriously ?? I called customer service who kindly sent me a return label and is issuing me a full refund.

One star because it's the holiday season and employees are terrific. I will cut them no more slack. Owned by GAP, financials overall are bad and they are reshuffling and closing stores. I have been a long time Old Navy customer. Always consistent regardless of what location you are visiting. Never during my time shopping there did I see a parking lot almost empty. I walked in expecting a lot of ppl. Nope. I walked in expecting inventory. The store was literally flipped. Now women on the left and men on the right. A recent change I am told. Unorganized is an understatement. The inventory available was pathetic. A lot of empty floor space. It is December and there were almost zero sweaters for instance. Yes, this is Florida but I have always been able to find a cozy sweater or two. I had one choice. Beyond ugly and so poorly made I would be embarrassed to donate. Supply chain issues are no longer an excuse. No idea what's going on up the food chain but I hope they figure it out. I have never walked out of any Old Navy empty handed. Until now. I hope it's not the end.

Terrible customer "service". More concerned with taking pictures than allowing customers to shop. Associate had a cart in front of merchandise, completely oblivious that I was trying to shop. No sales, no hours, NO JOB.
