I had a frustrating experience at O'Reilly’s. I first went to AutoZone, but they didn’t have the battery I needed. I called O'Reilly’s, and they confirmed they had it in stock. However, when I asked if they could install the battery, the staff member on the phone was condescending and said no. Unfortunately, I needed the battery, so I purchased it regardless. Thankfully, the gentleman at AutoZone, who had originally helped me, told me that after I bought the battery from O'Reilly’s, I could come back to AutoZone and they would install it for free. I definitely won't be returning to O'Reilly’s based on their rude service. For any auto needs, go to AutoZone across the street – their staff is helpful and kind!

Ordered a part today counter guy says come back after 3 part will be in. Drive back up later and walk in there's gangster music with cussing and then guy says he guesses the part never came in like he said it would. Total idiots at the port st lucie store off u.s.1

I would like to put in a complaint for this store I went to this store at 5pm looking to get brake light bulbs I asked for one of the associates that was employed there the two guys was talking rude and asked me if I jus got of jail because of the ex employee I asked for.clearly I jus got off work with my name tag on…when I asked for the brake light bulb I politely asked if I can get it for the 9.99 price because that is the one I wanted he suggested another bulb which was 12.99 he told me I’m not going to come in the store and demand a price cut those two guys were rude and I will not be returning to this location…….and to discuss another ex employee peronal life with a customer is very unprofessional

I’ve guess I’ve been lucky until I had an issue with my battery! You need a new battery and you definitely need assistance. The US1 O’Reilly Auto Parts store. Port St. Lucie is the place to go. Carlton, you are amazing! I hope your manager knows what an asset you are!!!!! You definitely deserve five star!!!!! You went above and beyond, even when someone has no knowledge! You are so very helpful. Thank you. Highly recommend excellent customer service - thank you, Carlton!!!!!

They gave me 10 dollar gift card for each battery from my old golf 7nncart. Then donated a gift bucket full of car care products to help the Savanna Men's Club raise money at our horseshoe tournament. What a great place and especially the manager. The Savanna Men's Club are very grateful.
