Good selection or products and decent prices. This store always had a super long line at the check out though and only one cashier ever working which makes for a long, dragged out check-out process. Aside from that, it’s clean and the staff is friendly.

So I just want to start off by saying the staff is very nice and the manager handled the whole situation with grace which I’m so thankful for.
I brought my puppy in to get his first grooming session, I have been grooming him at home but I wanted to get the whole experience. I booked the appointment with Yasmin and I was very excited for it. When I got there she was extremely sweet and said she might not be able to shave him like I had asked but she would be able to give him like a full body trim. I did express I wanted him shaved since he has so much hair and he’s not a first timer to being groomed since I have been doing it at home. She said it would take around 3 hours and she would call me when he was ready. About 2 1/2 hours later I got the call my dog was ready to go. I was so excited to see him looking all extra handsome. I walked and one of the front desk ladies brought out my dog. I was stunned. I was speechless. My dog looked the exact same. When I say the same I mean the same. On top of that he was still damp which the lady said he knocked over a bowl of water, so I let that go. I expressed my disappointment because I didn’t get the service I asked for. She said the groomer did her best however my dog didn’t look any different. All the groomer Yasmin did was wash him and blow dried him and that’s about it. She said she trimmed him but I inspected my dog and I know for a fact he still had the same length of hair. Then proceeded to charge me for trim. I told them I didn’t think this was right because my dog hair looks the same nothing was done. I told them why didn’t they call me to tell me they weren’t able to cut his hair because I would have came and picked him up and took him elsewhere. Yasmin then told me “I’m not going to traumatize your dog, we are not in the business of traumatizing dogs, if that’s what you want you would have to go elsewhere” which I found completely unacceptable and not appropriate. The comment was not necessary. I told her she should have communicated to me she couldn’t do it instead of having me wait such a long time for nothing. I spoke with the manager privately and she was apologetic and extremely sweet she even offered to take off the whole charge so I wasn’t charged for anything. I will say she handled this situation with Grace and I fully respect her for it. I didn’t appreciate the comment the groomer made, and I didn’t appreciate the fact that she couldn’t communicate to me that she couldn’t Handle my dog. My dog is a cocker spaniel. He’s five months and he’s the sweetest thing ever. He’s not vicious he is actually extremely calm and he behaves really well so I don’t understand why she wasn’t able to ““ calm him down and she could’ve just asked me to come back and sit with him and I would’ve done so Gladly. I know the pricing is very affordable, but I’m just gonna invest in a private groomer who I know will be able to give me the result I asked for. I do feel if I had another groomer they might have been able to give me what I asked for, but I don’t have trust in this place anymore to even try to bring my dog back. I did include a before and after See what I mean by the fact that my dog was not groomed at all

I recently took my pug to the PetSmart grooming location, and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with the service. I expected a professional grooming experience, but what I received was far from it.
First and foremost, I was shocked at how poorly they handled my dog. With so many dogs coming in and out every day, I expected the staff to be more than capable of managing my pug, but they clearly struggled. Despite paying for a grooming package that included nail trimming, they didn’t even bother to do it. It was frustrating to see that such a basic service was overlooked.
To make matters worse, they didn’t clean my pug’s eyes, ears, or nose wrinkles, which are essential parts of his grooming. I told them specifically what I wanted, and they completely ignored those requests. Instead, they kept making excuses about my dog being nervous or potentially biting, which I found hard to believe given that my pug is generally well-behaved and friendly.
I also asked for the Furminator and an extra brush, but they claimed they didn't hear my request. It felt like they were just making excuses instead of providing the service I paid for. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
Overall, I will never bring my pug back to this location. The lack of attention to detail and poor handling of my dog was unacceptable. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for grooming services.

Unfortunately, I moved recently & decided to begin using this location to get my dogs groomed! The first experience back in September was by far less than a stellar experience. Walked in and immediately the girl wanted to upcharge me and changed the type of dog my dog is in her system to reflect charging me MORE! First of all that isn’t how that works! I had been going to the Jupiter location for over a year and not once did this happen nor did they change the breed of my dog to overcharge me.
Today tops the cake though! Took my dog back for a grooming appointment and he had two accidents and they said they would not groom him and would send him home if he has another accident. It’s a sign of stress! No it’s not and it’s not in all dogs! Once again if you’d get to know my sweet dog you’d realize because of his breed and being less than 2 years old he’s very high energy! That isn’t going to change. It’s not a sign of stress in my dog at all. So, when I mentioned the Jupiter location never had an issue with my dog nor did they deny me service based on an accident the manger was so incredibly RUDE along with his groomers and he informed me he’d call and basically get my girl who groomed my dog in trouble which is just unreal to me also! Sure enough he sent a text.
I will never bring my dogs back here again! I shouldn’t have left my dog in the first place but didn’t have any other option today. I will also never grace my presence at this location again! I will drive to Stuart or Jupiter Pet Smart just so I never have to deal with any of these employees again. First of all polo y or not, get to know the dog you’re responsible for and being paid to take care of! Secondly, your one groomer who informed me they are very honest, let her also know that is a poor way to handle customer service and that is insinuating that your other locations are not honest. That is not the case at all. Also, to your other groomer who cut my daughters dog hair and informed my daughter she had to hold her dogs face aggressively, poor judgment and words on your part! You need to clean house with Abby and your entire crew as they obviously don’t know how to be personable with dogs and that is very sad! If you do t want to do the job and think every dog that comes through your door is going to be docile, then you shouldn’t work in the business.
As for you Mr. Manager you began to throw your weight around to the wrong gal. It doesn’t work with me and I’ve worked in healthcare and customer service for over 25 years. It may work on some, but not this lady. Customer Service 101 is when a customer shares information with you regarding their dog, you don’t go straight to defensive mode and throw others under the bus. I am the paying customer in case you’ve never heard that. You find a solution to the problem and provide the best customer service. If I’m telling you I’ve never in over a year had any problems at another one of your locations then you sir should do your due diligence and take that into consideration before being so quick to go into defensive mode.
Also, the customer who was picking her dog up before me who complained that you all didn’t cut her dogs nails, she’s right! I paid for that service the last time and found out when we got home you didn’t cut my dogs nails!!! You just don’t want to deal with your customers. Here’s to one less you will have to deal with again. I find your entire staff including the manager to be awful to try to work with! It’s worth the drive for me to take my business elsewhere.

Refused service for mice, force their own opinion snakes must have frozen only. That should not be a policy based off their own opinion. I refuse to spend a dollar in any of their stores from this day further.

Made 4:30 appointment and showed up at 4:15 AND THEY SAID 10-15 minutes and I sat there with my nervous dog for 45 minutes and at 5:00 I got a phone call and had to step outside for less than a minute and then walked back inside and they said they took a walk in and told me I had to wait. This is BS I don’t recommend going here. They need to work on their customer service and communication here. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Place is terrible. No fish in the tanks. No live plants unless theyre floating or dead. Girl chewing nails at the register thinking that she is something. Staff knows nothing, very rude, and makes up lies to compensate. What are you paying them for. Crappiest pet store I've seen in awhile.

Been coming here for a decade but lately they are always out of stock on everything. Who does their inventory because they are doing a terrible job? I can drive to Jensen and PBG and always get what I need. Tradition location needs new management.

I’ve never had delivery issues with any other Petsmart but this location just can’t get it right. Don’t order same day delivery if you want all of your items delivered.

Paid for a the special de shading and got a cheap one bath. Dog still wet, ears still dirty and the main reason was to get his coat blown, that didn’t happened. The leader of the grooming is rude. The place is dirty. Don’t take your dogs there. Never again.

Let it be known Tiffany is single handedly holding Tradition Petsmart down. Her stellar service, above and beyond methods and absolute genuine kindness is what turned this situation around. Let’s talk about the cut. My Yorkie is cute but she’s a pain in the you know what. This is the best cut I have ever gotten for her. Ever. Hands down the best bedside manner. Genius note taking so that the groomers know what to do in the future. I applaud her for everything she is did to make me and my bad little angel happy. She looks perfect. Thank you a million times over. When I got home I really had a good look at her and I’m honestly beyond happy with the results. Thank you Tiffany. For everything you said, everything you did for us today.

All of the girls have bad attitudes. Not sure what part of the “service” industry they think they are in (maybe the dogs) but they are all so rude here. Had to come here on an emergency and instantly knew it would be a problem. Tanya, the comedian is the worst. It’s sad most of these people are young and have no idea what customer service is. They refused to give my dog a haircut because they said the young girl was not a groomer. I offered an addl $50 for someone to help me but they were too busy giving an attitude to help. Said I can pay the $20k for her to go to grooming school and laughed in my face. Great service ladies. The “non groomer” said she would not be using any scissors on my dog at all so she couldn’t possibly give her a hair cut. Ok fast forward 2 hours later I’m watching the girl use scissors to cut the tiny knots off of her with 3 certified groomers watching and the manager watching. Unbelievable. This is not the first time I’ve had a problem w the grooming department. This is the second time I’ve gotten my dog back for a $70 WASH and her sanitary is not cut. Last time I got an “oh I forgot” from Yesenia. Spoken with the store manager previously so there is obviously nothing being done to change it.
