The staff is helpful and professional and the pharmacist spends time with the customer making sure the customer understands the how and why of the medication you are taking. Excellent service!”

He reassured me that the experience I had was not reflective of Publix’s standards and worked to accommodate me in a thoughtful and professional way.

The staff not only knows your medications but works with you, answers questions (and phones) and genuinely cares about their patients and their situations. “Sandra and the entire pharmacy team at the US1 Walmart were absolutely amazing. After having PTSD from a prior hospital stay and dealing with rude pharmacists at CVS today who didn’t seem to care about my concerns. I needed my antibiotics ASAP, Sandra made sure she listened to my concerns and got my medication transferred from CVS swiftly and they were ready within 2 hrs of my call at Walmart. I felt heard & cared for, that goes A LONG WAY. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU GUYS DO! I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone who wants to be treated like a human not just another number!”
“I've been here a few times and I must say I don't understand the negative review unless it was before the new manager? I came in here recently for a passport photo. I met the store manager who seems to be out in front of the store a lot since a lot of the time I come in and he's there. He offered to take my picture myself but then the photo lady came back from break. Additionally, I've seen the store manager, I think his name is Scott Libby, help numerous customers find certain products they could not find on their own. Scott never boasts on who he is, or use his position as a authoritative advantage. The store is clean all the times I've been in. I would come back again to use Walgreens for my needs. I actually was impressed enough to switch over to their pharmacy and my primary drug store.”
“Very friendly pharmacist, Sonia. I walked in a little after 5:00 pm. I did not know they closed at 5, I was at the shopping center and was just curious so I stopped in. Very glad I did. The pharmacist greeted me and was very pleasant. I then noticed the hours and apologized for coming in after 5:00. Sonia, the pharmacist was very friendly and asked if I needed help with anything.. She even stayed late to explain some products to me. So happy that I walked in and will return. This was such a pleasant experience. The chain pharmacies could learn a lot about family run business. I was not rushed, apologized for keeping her after business hours and she was genuinely not bothered by it at all. She wanted to make sure I was being helped and wanted to make sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely tell family and friends to visit Astir Pharmacy and will recommend they as well as myself switch their medication needs from the big chain and become a customer of Astir Pharmacy. 5 stars”
“Service is usually consistent, always check what you're getting and what your charged. There are so many different prices on the same med it's best to know in advance.Ive had several inconsistencies that were not the employees fault. Rather their computer system. As the employees don't know our historys and have no time to check. It's better to go there prepared in advance about what you expect to pay. If not you may leave lighter in your wallet. Great pharmacy though just limited.”

They helped me fix everything when I moved, I'm disabled so having people like Mr Ballough, Mr. Ezekiel, Ms. VI AND Mr. Shawn Yates from Pompano Beach(he was my old Pharmacist before I moved)help me is so helpful. God Bless Everyone here. Pharmacist and staff at Publix are wonderful and helpful people, they are the only pharmacist that have treated me with kindness and respect, God Bless you all at Publix. If you guys would clone Mr. Ezekiel, Ms. VI and Shawn Yates from Pompano Plaza Publix, and put there clones in every Publix Pharmacy every review would be a 1000 Star review. And to Mr. Bill Ballough thank you too for taking the time and care to helping disabled Publix customers. Sorry if I messed up any names I'm horrible at spelling them correctly. It's Amazing to see health care professionals that actually care and want to help you. I vote they all get a raise. Walgreens and CVS don't even come close to the professionalism in care these Publix employees give to their customers. The departments are very friendly and knowledgeable, including the Pharmacy. Recently, a kudos to the managers at this Publix for putting up a no pets, allowed sign outside the door!”

While I really like their pizza, it's disappointing when you want to order a whole pie and they say they are out. And, other times, they are out of pepperoni slices. It would be ok if it was a rare event but it happens more often than one would expect. Regardless of that, it's still my favorite pepperoni pizza place around Port Saint Lucie.”
