I applied for a new business account, and they changed the policy 2 weeks ago (we understand), but they said that could call back to request more information. No more information at all, after that.

There should be zero stars. Midport branch is the worst experience I have ever had. On the phone, they transferred me 4 times in 10 mins. Its like nobody there knows what they are doing. Terrible service, just terrible
