Using PODS for our recent move was a great overall experience. Knowing that my belongings were safely stored for me was very helpful during the stress filled time of moving from one home to another. I would definitely use them again.

Service was professional and on time and communicated well. Website great to keep track of dates.Customer service is very “saley” and sound like they are reading from a script. But got a good/fair price and was patient where the compared different discount codes for me.Drivers were fantastic. Patient professional and friendly. First guy in CT amazing. Wish I could remember is name. Maxwell in FL was great too.

We were hesitant as how to choose what was best way to get our items shipped. Our most most critical concern was overall safety and security of making sure we received all of our items in same condition as sent. We felt that the POD gave us the best security in accomplishing this ... and we were right!!! We certainly didn't want to drive a truck 1300 miles and were hesitant with a delivery service that could transfer items to other trucks. Very happy with our decision to use PODS and we would do it again without hesitation. Thank you for a very stress free move!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! How often these days does every single aspect of a transaction go exactly as planned? Well, mine did. PODS exceeded all of my expectations. Every delivery was exactly as planned, communication was smooth. PODS made a very stressful, complicated. move work perfectly. Thank-you!!!!

I had David yesterday and today delivering and picking up the pod. He was the smoothest operator that I’ve seen. Also he was cheerful, engaging and accommodating. The company is lucky to have him.

Initial pickup fantastic. Middle was the worst experience I could have had. Hours on the phone waiting, transit issues, delivery issues, changed delivery dates without notice. If you have hours to waste waiting on hold or while driving through many states on hold, have fun. Drivers were great on both sides.

My belongings have been in a pod in storage and I requested that it be returned to my home to place more items in the pod. I have made two requests and they have failed to deliver the pod twice without notice. I was on hold for over an hour to reach a customer service rep who promised that the pod would be delivered and manually entered the data and the pod never showed up. I called again and was on hold for another hour. My account login has been malfunctioning and canceling my orders for 8 days and they have been unresponsive in getting it fixed. I'm still attempting to get my belongings from this company and will likely have to go to the warehouse to retrieve them and seek services elsewhere. I asked to speak to a supervisor, who never responded. I was told my account was in "maintenance" and it would take 48-72 business hours in addition to the 8 days I had already been waiting, to repair it. I never got to speak with a supervisor. Absolutely horrible service and lack of concern for clients. Unless you don't mind being delayed for over a week and having absolutely no idea when and if your belongings will be returned to you, I would not use this service. Absolutely unacceptable.

Great service. Easy system. No hidden charges or additional fees all pricing up front. Needed it for additional time and it was no problem. Dropped off and picked up when they said they would. Delivery guys were great and very helpful.

Had a very good experience for the two months that I needed the pod. To add the driver Dave who delivered and picked up the Pod did a fantastic job!!!

i used pods the worst storage and moving people ever. they overbill you, lie to you and have terrible customer service. you cannot get them on the phone. read all the facebook and bbb reviews for yourself and do not use them. go with red rovers, great. they answer the phone unlike pods who only want your money!

I ordered a POD and the first thing that went wrong was they didnt place the POD where I asked. Then after several emails asking when they would be picking the POD up with no response, they charged me again for another month without calling or emailing me anything stating so. After I spoke to the customer service lady and eating the extra month I asked "I will not owe anything else, correct" her response "Yes, that is correct". She scheduled my pickup. The day of my pickup I was charged again without my knowledge for a pickup fee. No where on the invoices or on my account did it indicate that I still owed another fee. even after sking the customer service lady at the time of scheduling the pickup did she mention another fee. I could have paid that fee when I had the money to do so before my pickup date. what should have been roughly a $300 service turned into a $600 service with absolutely no communication. I would NOT recommend PODs to anyone.
