When money was tight this year we went through some difficulties. And I never received any form of notification by email. Or text or phone that my insurance was overdue. Leading to a license suspension. This place is a rip-off their services below. Any agent that I have ever dealt with? Do not go and deal with these people.

My husband and I have been with Post for over 25 years. All the agents are wonderful. Our agent, Sherri Ramirez, is absolutely amazing. Any questions or concerns are always answered immediately. She’s courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and willing to listen and help. Thank you Post!

We do not live in a Flood zone, however because of the Insurance industry's exit from Florida in 2012 we ended up being canceled. We purchased a home that had been reroofed in 1997 in 2004 when hurricane Frances hit the roof blew off and there was considerable damage. Following the storm we were paying unreasonable premiums. We made improvements and like out swing doors, hurricane shutters and it didn't matter. We have finely found someone that will help us. Thanks

Sherri R. has always been wonderful to work with, she promptly addresses any questions or concerns I have with my policies and she takes care of my kids vehicles as well. The service and attention to detail with Sherri and Post Insurance has simply been the best. I have been with them for well over 20 years and will never go anywhere else for my insurance needs. I Highly recommend Post, a family owned and operated business serving our area for well over 30 years. No smoke and mirrors here.!!

Sherri and the Team of Ladies are great agents who really do take their time to help explain and go over coverages with you. Whether your home or auto, I have used this office for years and they are always pleasant to deal with and help me find the best rates. Poor service and follow up. I called for assistance with a quote for homeowner insurance. I was told by the receptionist that Donna would be assigned to me and gave me her ‘’VMail”. I left a message to call me the next morning. I did receive a call back from her the following afternoon but was not there to take the call. When I returned and called the office, again I was given her voicemail. I never got a call back. I sent an email to the K. Post leader at the agencies and never got a response.
