“I have used this business twice to send packages Priority. BOTH times the address was put into the computer wrong. The first time I called the destination post office and it was delivered in 7 days. On the latest packageI noticed the incorrect street address before I left the parking lot so I went back in to have it corrected. The employee said she would change it but she didn't. She also made an error on the Zip Code! The package floated around the destination city for seven days (for a total of 12 days in transit) and was finally delivered after 4 hours of phone calls and initiating a lost mail case. Maybe their printing service is great but I will never use their usps no matter how convenient.I called this company and after sending the pertinent information to them I was informed that I had the wrong shipping store. I had used a different company so please disregard the first post.I apologize for any and all misunderstanding.”

“Great UPS store. The workers are very friendly and quick. I usually come in here to return Amazon products but have sent a few packages from here as well and the prices aren’t bad. This location DOES NOT do passport pictures though. I felt like I should mention that because almost every time I’m there I hear someone ask. The UPS location off Prima Vista and US1 does passport pictures and has other services.”
